The Underworld

Jake's P.O.V.

"Jake!" I fall into darkness. It's empty, no life. I hear a beat slowing down. It's getting slower and softer. I no longer hear it, I see a light. Do I reach for it?

"What the hell is wrong with you?" I see Day, Claud, Lynda and Rachel at the edge of my bed. I look at my wrist, bandage? Wait. The memory of what happened flashes through my head. "Hey? What happened?" "This happened." Day holds a paper as the others look at it. "What? She left again?" "Why would she do that?" Those are the same questions I keep asking. "I think I know why."

We look at Rachel, "While almost frozen in time, I did hear something one of the guards said to her. He said something about her just getting us into her problems. She should resolve her own problems without having the ones she loves getting hurt. She needs to be more dependent of herself."

Bullshit, "No, we decided it was going to be like that." I can feel my blood flaring with anger. "Jake, calm down, you barely woke up." I take a deep breath in and exhale out calmly. "Do you want to save her or not?" I see Day in front of me, "Of course." "Now, shut it, this will only work if Lynda and I can combine powers."

Sandra, where ever you are, please now that we're coming to get you. No matter how far we are, we'll always be together spiritually. "I'm going alone." "What?" "No." Rachel puts her hand in front of the others, "It's his decision. I'll have my friend keep an eye out for you. She lives in the underworld. If anything happens, she'll call us. Sounds more relieving?" They nod. "Thank you." "We're sending you a few days ahead." "Is that possible?" "I've trained hard. I think I can try."

Lynda and Rachel make a portal for me, "Well, I'll see you guys." I enter the portal, wait, Rachel never said anything where to meet her friend. I sigh, I guess I really am on my own on this one. I look around, I keep walking until I stumble upon someone, "Hey." I feel their soul, good. "Are you a com...?"

We hid in an alley, "Yes, now. Sh... So, I guess I can presume that you're the friend Rachel has told me about?" I nod, "Yes, that's me." "Come with me." She takes my hand and we enter a small home. She takes off the cloak.

I see a brunette with brown-reddish eyes. "Welcome to my home." I softly smile at her, "Oh, I forgot to mention my name. I'm Kallie. I'm the snipper of God." She summons her gun. "I see, how old are the snippers?" "Well, we came out during the early 1800's. Not as old as your family generation. I know you have more potential then you show kid." I wish that can be true, but I mustn't loose hope.

I look at Kallie, "Why are you here?"

Kallie's P.O.V.

I guess I can get my feelings out, "Well, it's because... I thought he could learn how to love. I've lived years here, learning so much about him and getting close to him. It's as though if he seduced me, I fell in love with the Lucifer. I broke the promise with my fiancé and asked them if I can be betrothed to him? They said I was crazy, of course crazy in love, but they said if he loves me back then our marriage shall be arrange."

The memory of a few nights ago flash into my head, "And so, he said he'll marry me. If I can give him a child, and so... Our plan worked. I found out a few days ago, I will conceive a child from him. But, that same day, I also learned that he is to be wed at the day of New Year's Eve or maybe even before."

My heart, it hasn't been beating the same since, "I wish it was a lie, but here's an announcement." I hand it to him, he crumples it up and rushes out the house. I follow after her. No, he starts a rampage, he's just killing many devil that he sees as evil. I run towards him.

"Jake stop!" He turns around, "I must save her before it's too late." He loves a devil, but she's actually something more inside. Inside, she's, "I have to tell you something about her." "What more could I know?" "She can't marry him. He cannot be married to someone who isn't a true devil." He stops, "What do you mean?" "God, had a jewel, but he wanted a daughter, for she was young. He didn't want harm to come to her. She had much strength in power. She was then cloaked as a devil to hide who she was, but then someone only loves the power she has now only wants to screw her over. He'll suck all the power of the gem." His eyes widen, he starts running towards the castle, "Stop, I'll help you." He stops and sighs, "Ok. I guess I could use the help."

We start running, "Halt." We see the demon guards around us. I call upon my guns that shot evil away in the name of good. God, I know I've done a bad sin, but please forgive me. In return I shall help you save your one and only daughter. I use my magic and detect and shot. I have the special ability to have a targets eye. Which means, my eyes can see what happens from range of far distance and helps with aiming because I can see precisely where to shot at their weak spots.

Jake summons his sword and starts running and slashing anyone in his way. I shot those around and in front of him. They swing their weapons at me, I dodge and shot them. I kick and shot. I jump in the air and cross my pistols and shot them down. They throw weapons at me and I dodge. I see many more coming. I switch to a machine gun and shot away. I land on the ground and switch back to pistols.

I believe all the ones around me are good as gone. I look at Jake, damn, he needs help. I summon up my sniper, some grabs me by my arms, and legs and neck. "Take her prisoner." I see them mercessly hitting Jake. No, Jake, please get up and fight. She needs you more than anything.

Sandra's P.O.V.

I feel a twitch in my heart, as if someone's calling me. "My lady, may you turn around?" I look at the mirror and see myself in my gown, it's Christmas Day. Today, it's the day we promised to prepare. He said we'll get married in a week. I wish my friends to be happy with their families.

"That will be all for today, my lady." I nod and take off my dress. "Where is the sire? There's a rampage going on in the kingdom! We need back up." I run towards the window. I see him, "Jake." That idiot, what does he think he's doing? I run down towards the battlefield.

I can't let this happen, "Where do you think you're going?" "I'll be back." "Hey." I slip out Lucifer's reach. "I'll be back, just need to do something." Something, before anything bad happens to him. I run between guards and look at the middle, they have him all wound up and are going to end it for him. "Stop!"

Everyone looks at me, "Dear Sandra." They bow down before me, I get to the center and hug the person I've missed. Tears fall out, "You bastard. Why?" "Sandra..." He faints in my arms, "HURRY! SOMEONE GET HIM TO THE INFIRMARY!" I hold on tightly as never letting go. Please be fine Jake.

Hey everyone, first off Merry Christmas, I know, I've been lagging it so much. But, it's kind of up to date. When I was writing this chapter, it was around September, a bit planned out earlier, it felt weird that it wasn't even the season. Now, it is. It seems a bit more logical. But, I'm sorry I haven't been updating. Now, that I'm on break, it's easier to update. I promise to update within the next two days. One more chapter of action left and the next one is kinda an ova-ish thing. I hope you've been enjoying reading this story. I've had so much fun, but sad it's going to end and happy that the sequel with come out after this called My Devilishous Harem: Next Generation. Please keep on reading.
