Happy Birthday Levi~ (Eren x Levi)

This was supposed to be posted on Christmas, aka, Levi's birthday, but I couldn't get it done by then and dragged til now. >< I do not own the picture.

Pairing: Eren x Levi
Setting: Attack on Titan universe, 7 years since the 104th squad.
Others: Eren is 22, Levi is 28. The titans have just been eliminated earlier that year. Marco is alive.

"Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday Levi~! What's with the long face~?" Hanji grinned, putting a santa hat on the grumpy ravenette's head.

"Where's that shitty brat?" Taking the hat off, Levi snapped with his arms crossed over his chest. He and Eren were in a relationship and he had allowed the titan shifter to sleep with him in his queen sized bed. However, from the moment Levi awoke that morning, Eren's side of the bed had been cold and empty.

"Oh~ Looking for your boyfriend eh, Levi~?" Hanji wiggled her eyebrows, a wide grin plastered on her face.

"Tell me where he is."

"Oh I don't know~ I didn't see him~"

"Ugh..." Rolling his eyes, Levi stormed off in search of Eren. After another hour of wandering around the HQ and getting greeted by a few other people, Levi finally found the cadet talking to Armin in the library. "What are you doing here, Eren?"

"Oh! H-hey Levi! Um... I was just... uh... looking for a book...?" The titan shifter, jumped in surprise, whipping around to face his captain, mumbling nervously, his ears bright red. He's such a terrible liar.

"Why did you get up so early? You usually sleep in. And don't you have something to say to me?" Levi questioned, glaring daggers at the shitty brat he called his boyfriend. Eren's eyes widened, darting around frantically as he racked his brains for any idea what he was supposed to tell Levi. Armin gasped in realization, elbowing Eren in the ribs but being the idiot he is, he only looked back in confusion.

"What day is it today, Eren?!" Losing his patience, Levi snarled.

"Its... OH MY GOSH I'M SO SORRY LEVI! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Eren shouted as realisation finally hit him, rushing forward to hug Levi.

"Don't you touch me!" Shoving Eren off, Levi growled as he strode off to his room, slamming the door behind him.

"How could you forget??? You even planned this specially on his birthday and organized a birthday party for him!" Armin facepalmed as Levi went out of sight.

"I was too busy making the preparations that it just slipped off my mind! Now what? Levi must be so hurt!" Eren ruffled his hair in frustration.

"Give Heichou some time to cool down and apologise to him after lunch or something." Sighing, Armin suggested.

"But what if he doesn't want to forgive me?"

"He will. Maybe not immediately but he will eventually."

"But-"

"There's no use fretting over it now. Let's just carry on with the preparations."

Levi sniffed, sitting on his bed, back facing the door. He had ignored Eren all through lunch. How could he forget his birthday?! He knew the brat could be forgetful at times but they've known each other for seven years, plus they have been dating for four! Four. Fucking. Years! How could that brat?!
