"Ok, this is the restaurant i would always come. I study here, I-"

"You bring boys here." Louis continues my sentence for me.

"Ha Ha, Lou. You will be happy to know that you're the first one." I flash a smile at him and went to an empty table.

"Wow, Amelia... I think you might be falling for me." I burst out laughing at what came out his mouth, "you can continue dreaming."

"So where are you going after California?" I ask, looking down my nails.

"Probably to London then back to Doncaster, for Christmas. Then in February, I guess we're gonna start touring by then."

"Are you going to be in California forever?" He jokingly questions.

"Finish university, back San Fransisco and maybe go for some auditions-- be an actress."

"Then we won't see each other again, would we?" I ask him, he looks taken back by my question.

"Well, maybe I will see you on giant screens and billboards. Maybe even the billboard charts with your amazing vocals..." Louis took some napkins and start playing with it.

"Who knows, Ams? It's up to fate." He murmurs, focusing on the napkins.

"Why always fate, Lou?"

"Because I am fated to meet you."

I look up at him, he have a little smile on his face.

"Amelia, where have you been?" Hayley burst into the restaurant.

"Why? What's wrong?" I look at her, "your Dad is at our house." Hayley grabs my wrist.

"What's going on?" Louis looks at us, confused.

"I am sorry, I will explain later ok?" I run out of the restaurant and sprinted across the road.

"Amelia, calm down!" Hayley runs behind me.

After a few blocks, I reach our apartment building. I run up the stairs and hear screaming coming from our house.

"Dad!" I look at him, grabbing Mom's wrists.

"Amelia, would you leave with me or your Mom? Pick one!" Dad shouts at me.

"My water broke." Mom murmurs, "Dad, you need to let her go." I walk towards them slowly.

Hayley comes slowly behind me, "Dad, let her go. She needs to go to the hospital."

"Stay away!" Dad push me forcefully to the ground, "oh my-- Amelia!" Hayley turns to me.

"I'm fine." I got myself up and look at my parents still arguing over the divorce papers.

I have no idea what to do.

"Amelia? Do something?" Hayley's eyes widened at me.

"Call my brother," I muttered.

Dad went into the kitchen and started shattering plates, "oh dear!" Mom holds onto her huge stomach.

"Bring my Mom to the hospital, I will come by later." i told Hayley and sat down at the dining table.

When they left, I was alone with my Dad in the house. I fear my Dad the most.

I look down my nails, and waited for my brother to come.

With the door wide open, Louis step in.

I quickly got up and pull him out of the apartment, "this isn't a good place to be right now, you need to leave." Louis looks at me, super confused.

"Is everything okay? Your cheeks are-"

"Everything's fine, it's just not a good place to be at right now-- Did you follow me here? Actually that doesn't matter right now, you need to leave." I took in a deep breath, "it's a mess right now.."

"It's everything okay?" Louis furrowed his eyebrows at me.

"Lia! Where's Dad?" Blake got out from the elevator.

"Shattering plates," I answered quickly and then put my hand over my mouth.

"Leave!" I say to Louis and walk towards the apartment.

"I think Mom's about to give birth," I tell Blake as he stood in our wrecked apartment.

"I am sorry, Lia." Blake gives me a quick hug, "Hayley's acoustic guitar is wrecked." Blake points out.

"That's actually my guitar.." I mumbled.

"Looks like you're gonna have to buy a new one," Blake put his hand on my head and went into the kitchen where Dad is.

My phone vibrated in my pocket indicating that I got an message.

Louis😛; are you okay?

I didn't reply and put my phone back into my pocket.

"Who was the guy you were talking to just now?" Blake ask as we walk into the hospital.

"Just a friend of ours," I answer in a low tone.

"Do you like him?"

"Well.. He likes me." I simply shrug.

"He's famous, and with a background like this... The media blows up and it's not good for the family." I added quickly.

"So you do like him." Blake states, "maybe I do, but it's not enough to call it love."
