It Was Only You

 Andy's Pov:

Rain fell asleep on me, so I turn off the movie and carry her to the bedroom. I place her under the covers and kiss her forehead. I go into my office to do some work.

It has been an hour since I put Rain in the bed. I am still sitting in the office trying to figure some things out when Rain comes in and starts rubbing my shoulders.

" Hey babe. Sleep well?"

" Yeah I did. Thanks for putting me in the bed."

" I wasn't about to let you sleep on that couch....it's so uncomfortable."

" I guess."

" So...what do you want to do? Name it and we will do it."

" Um let's see....can we make some dessert?"

" Yeah! What kind of dessert?"

" Brownies and ice cream!"

" Let's go!"

Rain and I run into the kitchen and we make some brownies. Once the brownies are done we let them cool in the freezer for ten minutes then we take them out and the ice cream out and make some brownie ice cream.

" This is good." I tell Rain.

 " Thanks. Vi and I do this on lazy days when we are bored."

" Well you guys must have perfected this so many times."

" Yeah every time we do this we do something a little different. Next time we will put peanut butter in the brownie mix so you can taste that one."

 " Have you ever put caramel in the brownie mix?"

" No we haven't done that one."

" Well why don't we make that later?"

 " I'd love to Andy."

 " Now my princess what would you like to do?"

" Can we watch Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas?"

 " Yes we can. Let's go princess."

 " Okay my prince."

Rain and I put on The Nightmare Before Christmas and watch it. After we watch the movie I order Chinese food. When the delivery guy drops it off we sit down and put in Hocus Pocus and eat dinner. When the movie is over Rain and I are tired so we go and get in the bed. Rain lays next me and puts her arm over me. We fall asleep like that and that is all she wrote.
