Chapter 8

Rileys P.O.V

Light snores kept ringing through my ears.

I woke up with a pounding headache, a room which looked nothing like mine and an arm wrapped around me.

AN ARM WRAPPED AROUND ME?!

It wasn't just any arm, it was the arm of Jayden, wtf how did this happen? Did we do anything? I quickly looked under the sheets to find we both were fully dressed thank god!

But what the heck happened last night? All I remember was taking shots with Charlotte and dancing with some random boy.

"Morning Princess" my head zipped round to see Jayden with a smirk across his face. I'm not gonna lie, his morning voice was kinda hot....okay where did that come from?

Erm..first of all move your hand away and second what happened last night? He got up and put his jacket and shoes on.

"Well last night you were pretty smashed and you danced on some random boys, then you nearly fell onto me which wasn't a very good tbh princess which then ended up with me taking you to bed and you asking me to comfort you and sleep along with you".

"I did?" I can't believe i actually asked him that and he actually stayed which was kinda cute.

Okay I'm leaving from here so you wanna bounce? I quickly got up and wore my shoes and left along with him.

My phone began vibrating

"Where the hell have you been Riley?!? I was worried sick and thought something bad happened to you!" I could hear the panic in my mum's tone but I couldn't tell her I was at a party.

"I'm sorry mum, I was at Charlottes house and was revising for our upcoming exam"

She blew a sigh of relief, "You could've at least told me!"

'I'm sorry mum, it won't happen again I love you gotta go bye."

'Yeah I gotta go back to my shift bye love you too'

I finally got to my doorstep, walked in and went straight into the shower. Didn't want mother dearest to smell the alcohol now did we?

I got into my superman (or women) onesie and made myself a hot chocolate with marshmallows. YUM❤

After that, since it was Saturday..I put on a movie (whatever you want or like) with a bowl of popcorn and my eyes started to get heavy and fell asleep.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!

My eyes opened abruptly and rushed over to the door.

I opened it to find a bruised and beaten Jayden with his lips busted and his eye beginning to swell.

"What the..." Can I come in?" His voice broke and sounded raspy.

I helped him in and quickly got the first aid kit.

I got a cotton wool and dabbed it onto his cuts making him hiss in pain.

"Sorry.." I looked up at him and he was already staring which made a blush creep onto my cheeks.

He moved my hand and locked his eyes onto mine. He began leaning in.

Oh my days what should I do? Should I move in? Should I move away?

"Erm...I think your mum's gonna wonder where you've been. I got up and put the kit away.

"Oh yeah... He didn't look at me and kept walking on. It likes he seemed upset the fact I didn't move in as well

Before he step out the door, I grabbed onto his hand and gave him a small kiss on the cheek.

"Put ice on your eye and look after yourself." A small smile appeared on his face

"I will..." and he walked on.
