Y/N's P.O.V
I walked out onto the sidewalk, making my way phone after a long day at school,
I sit on a bench and take my backpack off, then reach inside for my headphones.
As I plug them into my phone and start playing my favorite song,
Thinking Out Loud, by Ed Sheeran.
The song silents everything around me, well almost everything.
"C'mon! Get your face up! You actually think anybody would help someone like you?! Look at yourself! You're a homeless teenager for God's sake! Get a life Jerk!"
I look up to see a bunch of jocks from my school kicking a kid on the ground, he broke into tears.
"Stop!" I yell and push threw the crowd of guys kicking the guy on the ground.
The biggest guy pulls me back,
"Oh yeah! And what are you going to do about it?! Eh."
I punch him right in his eye as hard as I can, he them falls to the ground. All the others step back and the guy on the ground looks up,
"Woah, okay. We didn't mean it, dammit."
They got up and started fast walking the other direction, I get down on one knee and say, "Are you okay?"
He looks up at me then wipes his tears away, "Yeah, thank you."
I smile then look up at the sky, "Yeah, no problem, I'm Y/N." I put my hand down to pull him up then he says, "I'm Matthew."
