I wanted to see if you were ok, I couldn’t hear any more sounds. I heard you yell to the alpha that there was a rouge in our house.

Mom you should have never left your room what if I hadn’t taken him down he would have gone after you. And your not strong enough to have fought him off. Mom I have no idea what I do if I lost you. You can not do that again, promise me you won’t.

Ok I promise. With that she went down stairs to fix some tea for the alpha since she knew he would be over in a bit.

Sarah why don’t you go get changed first, in my room its unlocked your clothes are in the bottom right corner of my closet.

I felt the pain from the rouges bite even with my wolf healing with wasn’t healing as fast as it should I knew something was wrong. Turning my head I saw that a patch of fur was missing about two inches long and three inches wide. Oh that was going leave a little scar. Licking the wound I heard something at the back door. Stopping and smelling the air I knew it was our Alpha. I went back to licking my wound trying to speed up the healing process.

I saw my Alpha out of the corner of my eye and than the fighters came into view. Bowing my head out of respect, and than returning to lick my side. It was healing a little faster but, it was going to scar I was going to be missing some fur there for the rest of my life. Nodding my head to the fighters were the body was I turned and headed up to my room.

Pawing at the door Sarah let me in, and showed me where she had set out some clothes for me to put on. And I quickly changed into my human form and put some clothes on. Nodding to Sarah we walked down stairs; the Alpha and a few fighters were with him. Mom was handing the Alpha some tea. I sat down on the other couch with Sarah on one side and mom on the other.

We all stared at each other for some time before anything was said. There was still some blood on the carpet I needed to clean that up with some bleach. Soon too or else it will stain.

“Is the Mates Ball still going to happen?” My mother asked.

“Yes, we will just have more guards posted around. And will always be linked too. I don’t want anyone to fully block off their minds that night. We will be having a pack meeting soon to go over some new things also. Along with every pack that will be here at that time.” The Alpha said.

“Ok,”

“No offence to you Alpha but can we get this debriefing over with soon I have a mess to clean up.” I said shifting my feet.

I opened my mind to him and played back what had happened and waited for him to make the decision on what to do.

“You acted on what you knew to do, you should probably get your wounds checked out soon. The other rouge has been taken care of too. Thank you for your help.” With that he placed his tea down and left with the fighters.

Standing I grabbed a cloth and some bleach and water mix and started to clean the blood from the floor. Thank God that we had white carpet. When all the blood was cleaned from the floor I rinsed my hands and sat back down in the living room.

“So what do you want to do now, its like 12:30 go to sleep?” Sarah asked.

“Yea why not we’re going to the barbeque tomorrow right.”

“Yes, I thought we were making something for it too?”

“I haven’t thought that far ahead yet we’ll get there when we get there.”

“Alright,”

So we headed to my room to get some sleep.

The next morning when I got up I could hear my mom making breakfast in the kitchen. As I stood up from my bed I fell to the ground in pain. Something hadn’t healed right the night before and now I was paying for it. I heard my mother calling our pack doctor.
