Chapter 20

Jordan’s POV

 Martyn, Eddie. I’ve heard those names before somewhere. I just have no idea where! I must have zoned out for a couple of minutes because Eddie was waving his hand in front of my face.

“Jordan? You there?” Eddie was saying.

“Yeah, I just zoned out for a minute there.”

“As I was saying,” Martyn said as Eddie sat back down.” Was is that we know you from somewhere.”

“Yeah, I have that strange feeling to.” I answered back.

“I mean, we all know about each other’s youtube channels. Right?” Eddie said out of the blue.

“Yeah, but that can’t just be the only place. Wait, do you guys know a girl by the name of Rocky?” I asked. Maybe she knows them, I doubt it though.

“No, is she someone we should know?” Eddie replied. I shook my head no and sighed. At that moment Vivian came out of the kitchen and her face light up once she saw Eddie and Martyn.

“Hi!” She said quickly sitting down beside me.” I’m Vivian, we haven’t met before but I overheard you want to help us get Rocky free from her kidnappers?”

“Along with two of our friends.” Martyn said.

“We need to get a plan into action.” Eddie said.

“Exactly, now this is what I was thinking.” I said grabbing my xtransever, “and it’s all on here”

 Rocky's POV

“There it is! The exit!” I cried. Racing forward towards the edge of the jungle. Bursting through the leaves I saw only the instructor standing there, stopwatch and clipboard in hand. The instructor smiled once he saw the both of us and wrote something down on the clipboard.

“Good job you two, go hit the showers and you will be escorted to the mess hall.” He said and then whistled. Two guards came over, one girl, one boy. The girl led me to the showers and waited outside for me while I freshened up.  After a long deserved shower I went into the change room and changed into the fresh clothes that they gave me.  I just wish that Jordan and Vivian would hurry up soon and get me out of here! I know it’s only been a day but it feels like so long ago I was thrown in here. I just want to get out of here go defeat the elite four and go back to living our ‘normal’ lives. I pulled my hair back once again and left the showers, once I got out of there I saw a another male guard leaning up against the wall with the girl kissing her. Just as I got fully into view he left and the scowl returned onto the females face.

“Let’s just get going.” She said.  I stayed silent for the rest of the walk, which lasted about five minutes. She opened up the door to the mess hall for me and all I could see were tables filled with prisoners and in the back was a wall filled with food. I could hear the chefs in the back yelling at each other about random things.

“Grab a tray, get your food and sit down and eat.” She said closing the door behind her. Immediately her face lit up once she saw her friends, she raced forward grabbing a tray and sitting down eating and talking.  I started to walk towards the food when suddenly I couldn’t see anymore.

“Hey!” I said clawing at the hands covering my face.

“Hey there” A voice said. Turning around I saw Ryan with his hands up in the air all defensive like. I laughed as we walked towards the food. Grabbing what I wanted from the trays Ryan led me towards some of his friends at a table in the back. They were all eating and chatting but once I sat down the all became quiet. Some of the girls stared at me once Ryan sat down beside me.

“Hey guys,” Ryan said. “This is Rocky.”

“Hi.” I said awkwardly.

“She was my partner for the testing.” Ryan added on staring at some of them.  They all just looked at me and went back to eating and talking about random stuff. Like this couldn’t get any more awkward.

Vivian’s POV

“Everyone got it?” Jordan said.  We had just spent the past twenty minutes discussing, changing and adding onto the plan that Jordan had created.

“Yeah, I think so.” Martyn replied.

“Dinner’s ready!” Rachel called out.

“Food!!!” Eddie said bolting for the kitchen.  I laughed and chased after him.

“Don’t leave me!” Martyn said racing after us. I bolted, grabbed a chair and sat down.  Jordan laughed and followed us. Already Rachel had put out all the food down on the table and sat down herself.

“Dig in.” She said with a smile. We all pilled food onto our plates and started to eat. In a matter of moments we had all finished and were waiting for something, Rachel didn’t say.

“So, have you guys thought of a plan yet to get Burgh and Rocky back here?” Eliza asked.

“Yeah, we were planning to head out tomorrow.” Eddie said.

“That’s wonderful. I assume Eddie and Martyn are staying for the night then?” Rachel asked.

“If that’s alright with you of course.” Martyn said.

“Yes, it is. I’m going to go and get dessert ready.” Rachel said getting up from the table.

“I just want to get them out of there.” I said with a sigh.

“Yeah, I miss her a lot.” Jordan replied.

“Who are you guys missing?” I asked Martyn and Eddie.

“Our best friends, Aleks and,” Eddie said sadly.

“Toby.” Martyn finished.
