I Don't Belong To You

Chapter 15

Lauri P.O.V

We pull up to an expensive looking hotel and hop out.

Two doorsman then approach us and I give them the ok to carry our things inside.

"Im gonna go check us in." sasha says.

"Good, I'm gonna go to this bank and see what's on this black card." I tell her.

We then head our seperate ways and I realize my clothes where dirty, bloody and I needed to change.

I then quickly get a tank top and some joggers out one of the suitcases before the men come back out to get it.

I change inside the truck before getting out and heading towards the bank.

I pray he hadn't canceled his cards yet.

I enter the bank and luckily it wasn't that packed.

I wait about ten minutes before it was my turn.

"Hello ma'am how can I help you today?" ask the clerk.

"I wanted to know if this black card is still activated and if so how much is on it." I explain to her.

"Alright ma'am." she says as she takes the card.

She puts in some numbers and does some other stuff on the computer before turning to me and speaking.

"Your card is still activated ma'am and your balance is $800,000." she tells me. I silently thank god before telling her to withdraw me all of it.

She hands me the stacks of money from out of a safe in a room and I put them in my purse quickly.

"Thank you so much." I tell her.

"Your welcome ma'am. Have a nice day." she calls as I walk out with my purse glued to me.

I hurry across the street to the hotel and walk inside. I see Sasha standing next to the doorsmen with our bags.

I walk up to her and she smiles widely as she flashes a black card in my face.

"Brian?" I ask with a smirk.

"Yep. Now come on." she says taking my hand and I follow her onto the elevator.

We go up several floors until we come to a stop on the 8th floor.

We step off to see the doorsmen already unlocked the door to our luxury Suite and were putting our stuff inside.

"Thank you." I say as I give each of them a hundred dollar tip.

We walk in and the scenery leaves us both in awe as we look around. This room alone had to costs some thousands.

I then walk over to my queen sized bed to unpack like sasha was doing.

"You know we won't be here for long right?" I ask.

"I know let's just hope he doesn't find us." she says making me think about something.

I take out my phone and destroy it completely just in case he had a tracker on it or something.

"We got almost $800,000 dollars. I'll buy me another soon." I say as I begin to sweep up the broken pieces.

"Lauri that's a lot of money." she says.

"Yep. But not enough. We're good for now doe. Especially if we can get the money off that black card." I say pointing.

"I'm on it." she replies as she grabs her big purse, shades, and a huge hat before leaving the room.

Hopefully she watches her surroundings and comes back quickly.

Shawn P.O.V

I was getting ready to leave out for work at my new job as a fashion designer when I came across an old pic of lauri and i back when we first met.

She was so happy back then but at the same time unhappy because of the big lie she was living. I'm just waiting on the day when I can have her back in my arms and I won't have to worry about anyone Especially that bitch taking her away from me ever again. I love Lauri so much and I await the day she finally returns.

I wipe the tears off my cheeks before placing the picture on my dresser and leaving out.

I take the elevator down to the main lobby where I see people checking in and checking out.

I wave to the clerk before walking out the door only to bump into some woman with a huge hat on.

"Oh excuse me, sorry." she apologizes, removing the hat about to walk off.

She looked very familiar so I just had to turn her around.

"Sasha!?" I ask surprised and confused.

"Shawn??" She whisper- yells excidetly before jumping up and down.

Kinda boring but I struggled to make this chapter to where they would finally meet.
