Chapter 6: a decision

The mornings seem to come quickly now since I was aboard the starkiller. I didn't know how long I had spent on the ship but Kylo never strayed far from my side. Hux lurked in the shadows watching our every move. However on this particular day Hux was off sick and Kylo decided to take Anakin to the control room. There was fleet of guards working non stop  to stop the resistance. 'Anakin, the reason I brought you here' Kylo began to say distracted by the beam of light powering up. 'Is I need you to decide' he said finishing what he had to say. I looked at him a face of confusion. 'Decide what?' I asked. Kylo breathed heavily. 'To join the dark side' he said bowing his head and looking away from me. I looked at Kylo and signed. 'If it means being with you forever' I say taking hold of his hand. He snatched his hand away as soon as mine touched his. 'Not here' he said softly. He had reputation to uptain. I turned away from him and walked out. My head was spinning with thoughts of joining the dark side. I had been light for as long as I could remember. I walked back into the control room and saw Kylo with his back facing me. He was force choking a guard member. 'What do you mean you lost the map to Skywalker?' He asked. I walked out as if to say I didn't see it but I had seen many things during my stay on the starkiller. I walked back in and everything was back to normal but now Kylo was facing me. 'Have you made your choice' he said his voice rather annoyed. I looked at him and nodded. 'What is it then?' He demanded  walking closer to me as he demanded to know. I sighed 'I'll join the dark side' I said thinking of a plan of how to get Kylo on the light side.

Kylo's P.O.V
'Do you bring me news' Snoke said looking at me who stood alone on the platform. I looked up at 'she's going to join the dark side ' I told him proud of achievement. 'Excellent' said Snoke. He was proud he had made the decision now he could be happy with Anakin. 'Be gone' said Snoke and with that he was gone. I don't think I've ever cried before but before I made it back to Anakin a single tear fell from my eye. I wiped it away quickly making sure no one saw me. I went to look for Anakin.

Anakin P.O.V
I was deciding to make a run for it. What was I doing joining the dark side. I was just as a Jedi. I was happier on the light side. The dark side was known for awful stuff. I wanted Ben to happy but if joining the dark side meant to keep him happy then that's what I had to do
