Chapter 11

AJ's POV

"I'm so glad to be home!" I yell as I lay out on my bed like a starfish. I grab clothes from my suitcase and put them away neatly in my closet. When I'm done I walk over to the living room and sit next to Dani on the sofa.

"What do you wanna watch?" I ask. Dani just shrugs her shoulders and continues her game of Temple Run on her phone. I flipped through loads of tv channels before I gave up. "Hey I'm gonna call the boys and see...." I look over at Dani and see her pouting at me, basically begging me not to have them over without words. "Alright fine, we can watch a movie instead." I sigh. Dani walks over to the rack full of DVD's next to the tv. After her looking through movies for ten minutes she finally found one.

"Can we watch The Notebook?" She asks, giving me a pouty face, knowing how much I hated that movie because it was too sad.

"You sure you want to watch a really sad movie like this?" I ask, shocked that she would choose The Notebook.

"AJ, this is one of the only times that I've ever been sure of something in my life!" She exclaims. Before I could say another word, she puts the DVD in the Blueray player and the movie starts.

"Wait before the movie starts I want popcorn and candy!!!" I yell. I run into the kitchen and throw a pack of microwave popcorn in the microwave. While the popcorn was cooking I went into the snack cabinet and grabbed twizzlers, pretzel m&m's, and kit kat bars.

"Alright now we're ready" I announce, running back to the sofa with a bowl of hot popcorn and boxes and packages of candy.

*2 hours later*

"That. was . the. saddest. movie. ever!!!" Jillian says, in between sobs. "WHY CAN'T I HAVE A RELATIONSHIP LIKE NOAH AND ALLIE?!!!"

"This is why I don't watch movies like this. Cuz I don't like crying" I sigh. I look down at my phone and see that it was midnight.

"Okay Dani, we watched the movie like you wanted and it's midnight now. I say we go to bed and then we can do some fun stuff tomorrow" I say getting up from the couch.

"Thanks for watching the movie with me" She says, getting up from her seat to hug me. Then we went to ours rooms and went to bed. Before I was about to turn the lights off I got a text from Luke.

L: Sorry about all the drama in California :(

A: It's alright. It wasn't your fault

L: To make it up to you, I'm taking you on a date tomorrow night at 7

A: I would love to go on a date with you but I promised I would have a little Cheer Up day with Dani to make her feel better after what happened with her and Jai

L: Oh well Jai feel's really bad about what happened. Maybe if you could get Jillian to talk to him everything will go back to normal. Except they won't be dating

A: Great idea. I say we both take them to the park but we don't tell them why

L: I know I'm genius

A: So how do I dress for the date tomorrow

L: Dress casual

C: KK love ya bunches. See you tomorrow

Luke didn't respond after that thankfully. I turned my lights off and went to bed. But all I kept thinking about was my date with Luke and trying to get Jai to apologize to Dani.

Luke's POV

"MUM WE'RE HOME!!" Beau shouts.

"No shit sherlock. I'm pretty sure she'd be able to hear the door slam close from a mile away" I say.

"Nice comeback" Jai says, trying to be a part of the conversation.

"Yeah whatever" I mumble.

"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!!! EVER SINCE THE PLANE RIDE HOME NONE OF YOU HAVE SAID A WORD TO ME AND YOU HAVE KEPT ME OUT OF CONVERSATIONS" Jai shouts.

"BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!!! DANI WAS A VERY NICE GIRL AND YOU CHEATED ON HER FOR A GIRL THAT COULD MAKE YOU MORE FAMOUS THAN YOU ALREADY ARE, IF I COULD SAY THAT!!" I yell back. I was starting to get very pissed off at my brother.

"Luke Anthony Mark Brooks and Jaidon Domenic Brooks why the hell are you screaming at the top of your lungs when you just walked in the door!!" my mother yells.

"Luke and Beau are excluding me out of conversation and ignoring me all because I cheated on another girl" Jai says with tears in his eyes.

"Oh. Well Jai not to be mean and I'm your mother and all but you kinda deserve it. I'm pretty sure Dani was a wonderful girl and she didn't do anything to you to deserve this from you" mom says, putting a hand on Jai's shoulder. "We will talk about this later. Right now I want this suitcases unpacked and put away in an hour" She says, pointing to our rooms.

Me and Luke walk into our room and Beau goes into his room and shuts the door behind him. We then hear the loud sounds of music playing from his ipod.

"TURN IT DOWN BEAU!!" I scream.

"Jai why did you cheat on Dani for Ariana?" I ask, pointing to the bed for Jai to sit down on

"Ugh! Okay so Ariana and Dani are both great girls. But I didn't really like having a long distance relationship with Ariana but I didn't necessarily dump her. But then I totally forgot about Ariana when I started dating Dani. But then when we were in California she texted me saying that she was gonna come over but I told her not to and then this happened." Jai said. I saw the tears streaming down his face. I knew being his older twin (only by two minutes) I had to do something to help him but I didn't know how to help him. "I honestly feel really bad about everything. I love Jillian more than Ariana but I don't know how to dump Ariana and I doubt Dani will forgive me" He says, putting his head in his hands.

"Well it's worth a try. Just try talking to Dani and see what she says. Probably the worst thing that she can do is say that she doesn't forgive you. And as for Ariana. just text her or call her and day that you wanna break up if she already broke up with you yesterday.

"Thanks bro, I love you" Jai says, walking over to me and giving me a hug.

"Love you too" I say, pushing him away. "NOT A HUGGER" I yell jokingly.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA you're funny" Jai laughs. "Goodnight bro see you in the morning" Jai says.

I climb into bed and realize that I should probably text AJ.

I was gonna text something else but I was so tired that I just decided that I would talk to AJ tomorrow anyway. All I kept thinking about was my date with AJ and hoping that Dani will forgive Jai. If she doesn't, our whole friendship may never be the same.
