Part 16

Kristen's P.O.V
I am going to start heading home now,I can't wait to see my mom. Personally I think I look so different since the last time I saw her.I wonder if she has changed probably not. I enter my home. I see she isn't here yet so that gives me a great head start so i can make her dinner. I grab the pot and put some water and add salt to the water so it can help the water heat up a bit quicker,my mom thought me that trick.then now that the water is really hot and bubbling I add the pasta. While I wait for it to cook I grab my phone and check Instagram. I keep scrolling and I find Riley's Instagram I give her a follow request.

Riley's  P.O.V
I am home and I see marc. "Hey babe" he says as he kisses me. "Hey,Guess who I made friends with,Kristen!" I tell him. "You know you don't need to stalk them right?" He tells me. "Yeah I know,but Kristen is actually a cool girl" I admit "I'll be in my room if you need anything." I tell him as i walk away. I check my I phone and I see that Kristen found my Instagram I accepted her follow request.
Kristen's P.O.V
She accepted my follow request now I go on her recent pic and like it. It is a picture with her and older looking guy,he looks 10 years older than us. I read the caption. 'Stuck with this goofy goober💕' i wonder who he is? Anyways my noodles are almost cooked so I get started on the sauce. I grab some tomato paste and open the can and I throw it into a big soup pan. I grab some beef and put that in a sauce pan,with onions,green peppers,celery and tomatoes. I let that simmer than i add some spice. The sauce looks ready so i put it all together. The spaghetti is ready so I put it in a strainer and run hot water over it to get the starch off of it. I grab some fancy plates and wine glass and the wine. I just have to wait for my mom to come home. Of course I'm not gonna drink the wine I grab a nice cup of iced water.
* 5 minutes later *
"Honey I'm home!!!" I hear a familiar voice. "OMG!" I say while running to the door and jumping into my moms arms. "Babe you look great" she says while holding me in her arms. "Thanks momma,I made you your favourite!" I tell her "can't wait to taste it bubbah" she says. "Mom,go get into your pyjama's get comfy I'll have it served for you!" I say while she walks down the hall way to go to her room. She comes back looking all nice and cozy. I serve her a plate of her favourite food and a glass of wine. She takes a couple bites of her spaghetti,I can tell that she is enjoying it. "Baby girl... This is amazing" she says "i am glad you liked it mom! After dinner you should take a bath with a nice lush bath bomb and then relax and sleep" i tell her. "Sounds like a plan,thanks princess this is amazing" she thanks me "anything for the best mom ever" I tell her. She goes  to sleep after taking a bath, i feel like I gave her a nice welcome back treat. She deserves it!
