"You're not going to actually kill me, right?" Kayla asked, franticly looking around the room for something to defend herself with. Frankie didn't answer, nor did Mitch. "You can't be serious." She meant to say to them, but it came out as a frightened mumble as the two males walked towards her.

Mitch had a sick grin on his face. He had done this countless times before and had always liked the way he could torture his victims and watch as they died right in front of him. He loved it.

Frankie's face was emotionless, since he wanted to kill her, yes, but he wasn't sure about how he should feel about that. Of course Kayla could try to defend herself by grabbing either of their weapons and using it against them. With that thought in mind, he figured it was a fair fight.

He shrugged, walking towards her in the same pace that Mitch did, slow. It was amusing how terrified the girl looked as the two of them walked in her direction agonizingly slow.

"It is very possible that the people who took Kayla were the same people who took Frankie." Tom, one of the officer that had been placed on the case said to George, George's and his girlfriend's parents, Sandra and Matt. "Although we don't know why they would do it while she was with you instead of kidnapping her when she was by herself." He mumbled, writing something down on his notepad.

George had went over everything that happened in greater detail then he had with the nurse and Tom had taken notes of everything and asked him questions when he was finished.

"So does that mean that Frankie's still alive?" Sandra asked, hope bubbling up in her eyes. The police officer sighed, his shoulders slumping forward.

"He may be. But they are still both in danger. Their kidnappers were strong and had syringes," he glanced at George, reminding everybody that he had in fact gotten injected by one, "so they can't be just ordinary people that kidnap kids. There has to be a reason for it, too." They all nodded, not completely understanding.

They were both good kids, so why would anyone kidnap them? The thought had crossed each of the minds of the people who had heard about the missing kids.

Kayla turned around, banging on the door since she had already backed up to it.

"Help me! You people can't be that crazy!" She shrieked, realizing that Frankie would actually kill her. And if not, Mitch sure would. "Frankie, I'm begging you, don't do this. We're best friends - remember? Best friends don't do this!" She tried to reason, waving her hands around at everything.

She was panicking, you could see it with just one glance at her. She silently begged Frankie to find it in him not to kill her, with her eyes watery and tears spilling out of them and dripping onto the floor.

She was confused.

This wasn't the Frankie she knew. The Frankie she knew would never even hold a knife, since he would easily hurt something with it. He was too afraid to even chop vegetables with one, he didn't want to slice his finger open.

She didn't know what was going on, and she begged that this was all just a prank. She knew that this was way out of Frankie's level of pranking, but she sincerely hoped that it was all a prank.
