False Alarm

"So what do you think?" Jay asked. " I think that Kathren wrote that blog." I said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

Jay shrugged. " I dont know. Maybe it wasnt her." " What? How could you be.." Jays cellphone cut me off. "Isabel." He said.

That cant be good. What does she want? She's been on his case since he canceled their date 2 weeks ago. " Hey Isabel." He answered. "Uhm Allys house." He responded. " Alright, alright! Im coming." He said. " Get my keys Ally." He yelled while he went into the other room.

" Ok bye." He hanged up frustrated. I tossed him his keys. I opened the door and waited for him by the motor cycle. He tossed me a helmet and started the engine.

" Do you think you could ever teach me how to drive one of theese things?" I asked. Jay chuckled. " Sure but first dont you think you should atleast get your drivers licence?"

" Oh my god for the last time It wasnt my fault! I didnt even see that stop sign, or that car." I sighed. " Dont forget the poor little squirl!" He reminded me. "Hey, the squirl survived! Only had a few inguries." I insisted. Jay laughed.

" The next driving test is next week. " I informed him. " I'll come. Oh and I'm bringing my helmet!" He teased. I rolled my eyes. When we arrived at school Jays usual crowd was waiting for him. And Isabel looking very irratated.

" See ya Ally." He said walking in the other direction. I began to look for my scheduel. Oh god. " Jay!" I ran over to him. "Uhm he's kind of busy." Isabel said rolling her eyes. " Relax. What is it Ally?" He said.

I looked over at Isabel, she looked like she wanted to run me over. " Um actually, nevermind I'll ask Rose." While I turn around and walked away I could hear Jay ask Isabel what her problem was.

" Hey nerd." Rose said putting her arm around me for a quick hug. " Hi popular girl." I said smiling. " Nice one. But I think I liked drama queen better." She teased. " Or queen bee!" She quickly said. I rolled my eyes. " Whatever you say princess."

" Your on a role today!" She said giving me a playfull punch. "Hey wanna ditch homeroom and go to the mall?"

" We have a test! Rose please tell me that you studdied!"

" Uh, I skimmed through the chapters." " Rose you better hope the heavens are on your side If you expect to pass!" I said. I couldn't stress how important the test is.

" I have a feeling... I dont know, maybe I'll get an extra day or so to study?" She said smiling.

" Dont be to sure. Come on lets get to class." I said pulling Rose by her arm to homeroom.

Everyone was already In there seats. Rose and I sat next to eachother so I guess I could help her a little.

I got my pencil out and waited for the test to be passed out. " You nervous?" Rose asked.

I nodded. " Don't be." She said giggling. Ok whats going on. Mr. Parks got ready to pass the tests out. I waited for him to get me mine.

Finally! He put the paper down. It felt warm, just printed. " Ok class you may begi.." RINNGGGG " Ok there seems to be a fire alarm! Everyone outside!"

We all rushed outside. " What did you do?!" I asked Rose nervously. " Nothing!" She defended herself. " Why were you acting so suspicious then?" I asked.

" I work in the front office. I knew that the fire alarm would go off. " She said smiling.

I rolled my eyes. " So how do you plan on getting the test cancled?" I asked chuckling.

" Mr. Parks?" Rose said while raising her hand. " I dont think its fair to give us half the time that we deserve on a test this important. "

" Your absoloutley right! Test reschedueled for Friday everyone!" Mr. Parks said.

" That was... genious." I admitted.

" Now lets go get those wedges I've been wanting!" She squealed

I sighed. " Lets go!".
