"Toon why aren't you getting ready?" Mega man asked looking at toon link still in his casual clothes "because y/n said she was sick so I was going to go see her later" toon link looked out the window that was a little bit above his bed
"Well I gotta go toon I'll see you after the dance" he opened the door,shut it and I could hear some footsteps walking down the hall
It was silent I wonder when I should go see y/n I tought to myself, right now it was 7:07 so I tought it was to early for me to go over there
Y/n's p.o.v
I was laying in bed coughing a lot, I felt bad that I got sick right brfore the dance now it makes it seem I made myself an excuse to not go to the dance with toon link
Luci was getting me some medicine that tasted disgusting "no luci I don't want to take it, it takes disgusting" I whined trying to push it away "come on n/n you have to take it or else you won't get better
It continued like this for a while until we heard a knock at the door that must be marth luci sighed and got up, she opened the door and said "hi marth" "hey lucina" it was quiet "can I ask you a favor?" She asked him uh-oh "yeah sure" "can you get y/n to take her medicine she won't listen to me" he looked behind luci and looked at me a mess lying on my bed
"Oh she got sick but she was perfectly fine when I saw her with you yesterday" he looked confused "yeah I now she was and I don't have any idea how she got sick so fast but will you help me?" "Ok" he walked in and looked at my medicine "oh i see now you don't know much about taking care of someone when their sick do you?" She shook her head
"Well when you take medicine you take it with water" he walked over to are kitchen "especially if it's liquid medicine" he opened are fridge and took out a bottle of water "so the taste of the medicine doesn't stay in your mouth long" he closed it and walked over to me
"so..." he kneeled down "will you take this now y/n.... please for me?" He looked me in the eye's which made me blush damn him I nodded, he handed it to me, I put the medicine in my mouth then quickly took the bottle of water away from marth
I made a disgusted face but I held it down I seen luci say "wtf?!?!" In her head because she made the action like she thought it "what the heck how did you get her to take it so quickly I've been trying to get her to take it for fifteen minutes before you showed up"
He chuckled "there's just some things guys can do better then girls, but anyways shall we go my lady" he held out his hand and bowed to her luci gigled "sure prince marth" she took his hand and they left (there's some marth x reader there for the marth fans out there and sorry for the one's who jist came here for toon link)
I still had the taste in my mouth but I was okay I layed there for a while until I started to drift off to sleep then I heard a knock at the door, I shot my eye's open and looked at the door I wonder who that could be "uh... come in!" I shouted from my bed maybe a little to loud, I seen toon link come in "oh toon link what are you doing here?" I pushed myself up with my elbows "I came to see if you were ok" he walked over to my bed and I moved my legs so he could sit down
"oh well I'm fine" "did you take your medicine?" He seemed concerned "yeah I did it tasted gross but I did, ugh I still can't believe made me blush and I bet he saw it too" I mumbled the last part "what was that?" "Oh nothing just I feel bad that you're going to be going to the dance alone" I looked down
"Oh I'm not going to the dance" I looked back up at him shocked "why?" I asked confused "I'm going to stay here with you ..... and I never really cared that much about these dances" "oh" it then got silent "I bet you would have looked pretty in your dress" I blushed "t-thank you if you would like we could go next month" "ok sure" it got silent again
"I'll be right back I gotta go get something" he got up and left the room
He was gome for a couple minute's then I heard locked away start to play it was one of my favorite songs so I started to sing along to it

"You have a beautiful singing voice even when your sick"i blushed and toon link walked in with his hands behind his back "t-thank y-you" he walked over to my bed and sat down "whats that" I pointed to something he was hinding "it was the thing I went to go get I got it for you a while ago" he handed it to me, it was a cute little penguin teddy bear
"Oh my gods toon link it's so cute" I grabbed it and hugged it "I'm glad you like it" he smiled "how long ago did you get it?" I asked looking away from the penguin "well on thursdsy I got it" so he's liked me for a while now "oh well I don't like it ..... I love it" he laughed
