Lulu woke to a bright light shining right into her eyes. Groaning she rolled away, causing her to fall off the bed. Lulu bolted up and looked round the room. Where was she? Memories flooded her of last night. The memories of her step dad threatening her and Oliver, raping her, not being able to go home.
Pain coursed through her body, causing her to colapse to the ground. Curling into a ball Lulu cried. Lulu's crying must of been quite loud as someone burst into the room. Lulu couldn't seem to lift her head to see who it was. Muscular arms rapped around Lulu's tiny body. The man held her, he brushed his fingers through her hair and cooed her. Over time Lulu's tears dried, but her outburst seemed to weaken her so once again darkness consumed her.
Cole's POV ( you will find out who he is :D)
I held her till her sniffles were replaced with a gentle wheeze. Being as careful as my big built body would allow i carried the poor girl back to my bed. After tucking her in, i sat and watched her. Her beautiful black hair sprawled across the white pillow. She looked like an angel as she slept.
After about an hour of just watching her there was a knock on the front door. After one last look at the sleeping angel Cole left his room and made his way through his mansion till he reached the front door. He new who it was. Opening the door Cole came face to face with the biggest mistake he had ever made.
Lulu Pov
Waking up again Lulu turned over making sure she wouldn't fall this time. An alarm clock sat peacefully on the best side cabinet, indicating it was 6pm. Lulu's body had strong needs, so dashing out of bed Lulu headed to what she assumed was the bathroom. Her assumption was right. Once relieving her body Lulu went in hunt of food. Finding the kitchen was easy once her found the stairs.
Raiding the fridge, Lulu made herself a chicken noodle sandwhich. She had taken two bites out of it when someone cleared their throat. Lulu looked up to see Mr Sexy, the man she bumped into when she had to go pick up Oliver when he was sick. He chuckled at her. Lulu caught her reflection in the glass door, a noodle hadn't quite made it to her mouth, instead it hung from her lip.
Blushing, she used a tissue to clear her mouth area. "Im sorry for just helping myself. When it comes to food i kinda go crazy" Lulu smiled up at Mr sexy. "Im Lulu by the way. Thank you for picking me up. You didn't have to, normal people round here would have continued driving without a second glance"
"Well im not most people now, am i?" Mr sexy gave Lulu a warm smile before taking a seat next to her.
"Why did you stop?" she asked, the question had been buzzing in her mind since she woke up, after food of course.
"I know how it feels to be left to wonder the streets. I also couldn't leave someone out in that weather. A storm is blowing in. If i hadn't have picked you up, who would have? You would have been left out in this horrible weather." what he said touched Lulu, it was then that she realised that it was raining. Staring out the window, Lulu got lost in thought. Am i safe here. She thought to herself or so she thought.
"You are 100% safe here, i promise." It was then Lulu realised she had spoken outloud. "Im Cole by the way." So Mr sexy had a name... Hmmm. Lulu prefered Mr Sexy, not that he would ever know what she called him in her head.
"Nice to meet you Mr Cole, however im sure we have meet before. We ran into each other at play school, i was picking my brother up, you had a little boy in your arms." Lulu watched as Cole thought this over, realisation hit him.
"Ah yes, now i remember. I was picking my cousin up." He chuckled before adding, "Small world, eh?" chuckling again.
"Do you have a news paper?" Lulu asked once she had finished her now cold sandwich.
"Why?"
"I need to look for apartments, i was kinda kicked out of my home". Lulu looked down at her hands as she said the last part.
"You are welcome to stay here, if you wish. I live by myself so i have plenty of room" Lulu noticed he was a bit hopeful, however lonely. Living in a house this big by yourself must be lonely at times.
"I wouldn't want to intrued.."
"NO! You wouldn't. Please stay! Pleeeeeeeeeeease" Cole was literally bouncing in his seat, wide eyed, like a little boy.
"Okay, okay i'll stay but only under one condition"
"Anything" Cole replied with a huge grin on his face.
"Im cooking. I will not live off take away food" Lulu turned to look at the two piles of microwavable food that was still to be put away.
"Agreed! I havn't had a cooked meal in, oh i can't remember, its been to long."
"Okay Mr Cole, You now have a new house mate" rubbing my hands together i gave Mr sexy an evil grin. God this was going to be, FUN.
