Throughout Fallout 3 And Fallout 4, You'll Come Across Little Figurines Called Bobbleheads. Bobbleheads Are Little Antique Toys That Help Your Character Maximize Your Stats. There Are Two Types Of Bobbleheads: Skill And S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Here Are A Few Bobbleheads That I Know About Their Locations:

•Strength
Location: Megaton, Lucas Simms' House. Wait Until It's 8:00 A.M. (To Avoid Losing Karma) When He's Eating. It's Sitting On A Desk Upstairs.
This Bobbleheads Will Increase Your Strength By 1 Point.

•Intelligence
Location: Rivet City, Science Lab
River City Is On The Southeastern Side Of The Map. Look For Signs To Help You Locate The Science Lab. It's Sitting On A Table.
This Bobblehead Will Increase Your Intelligence By 1 Point.

•Barter
Location: Evergreen Mills, Crazy Jack's Shop
(WARNING: Evergreen Mills Is Packed With Raiders, And They Have A Behemoth Captive. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.)
You First Must Go Through The Foundary, Then The Next Door. A Gate Is On The Left When You Enter The Room. The Bobblehead Is Behind A Counter, On A Shelf.
This Bobblehead Will Increase Your Barter Skill By 10 Points.

•Endurance
Location: Deathclaw Sanctuary
It's In There Somewhere, Just Look Around.
This Bobblehead Will Increase Your Endurance By 1 Point.

•If You Blow Up The Bomb In The Center Of Megaton, The Strength Bobblehead Will Go Along With It. So Make Sure To Grab It Before Blowing Megaton Up.
