Chapter 5 Cousin Mark

Zane opens the door and walks down the stairs where he finds Michi drawing on the wall of her cell. She looks so focused she doesn't even notice him walk in. He decides to slowly open her cell door and spook her. He slowly walks toward her when he gets so close Michi turns around and there eyes are less then an inch apart but neither of them move. "Hello, didn't see you come in there," Michi says still not moving.  Zane still has a confused look. "What do I do" he thinks to himself.  Michi confused her self she can only think of one way to break the silence. She leaned closer and just like that they kisses. The two hear small footsteps coming down the stairs and Zane practically jumps out of his skin.
"Cousin mark? Hello what's your need?" "I need help with my- " He gasps. "A kitty cat! Kitty peoples-" he gasps again " Can we keep her,please cousin Zane please!" Zane is silent "Yay I think that means yes! YES! I'll name you George and and and-" Zane cuts him off by putting one finger to his lips. "She is not a cat!"  Zane yells. "It's Meif~wa! Michi surprised at the sight she can't seem to make out words. "I'll talk to you up stairs mark,be right there." "Okay, cousin Zane," Mark walks up the stairs and starts fiddling with his fingers. " I have to go but... Never mind,I'll be back in the morning." He kisses her check and walks upstairs. Michi in a daze of love couldn't fall asleep. She lays there terribly tired. And finally she falls asleep.
