~Dan's POV~
"So, how'd it go?" Ross smirks at me. "It was great! I got to meet up with Alex and it was so fun talking with her again! I've really missed her since college."-"Alex is a girl?!" He asks, seeming surprised. "Yeah. She's super cool." I respond. He gives me a shit eating smirk again. "Nothing like that, Ross!" I yell at him. He laughs and walks away.I would never fuck Alex again. Not that she isn't smoking hot, but her and I have been good friends forever! There were a few awkward days in college, but I think she could look past them to see I'm not the stoner I was back then. We tried dating, but it didn't work out. She was meant to do better things without me. Then we just lost touch.
"Hey, bro!" Arin runs in, hugging me. "Haha, hey Arin!" I say as he lets go. "I've been stuck with Ross all weekend without you. So, how was it?" - "it was pretty nice seeing Alex again. We just talked about our music and stuff. She's a pop star now." I say. Arin's eyes like up and he yells for Suzy to come out here. "By any chance, does Alex have bright red hair that goes to her shoulders?" He asks as Suzy comes out of her room. "Yeah, why?" Arin perks up and yells "DUDE, YOU'RE FRIENDS WITH ONYX! WE HEAR HER ON THE RADIO ALL OF THE TIME!" He jumps like a little girl. "Oh, yeah! She has great music." Suzy says.
"I haven't hear much of her, I guess." I rub the back of my neck. How have I not heard of her? "Her music is kind of like pop... Dubstep... Rock... I can't explain it, but she's cool. Did you get her number or anything?" Arin asks. I reach into my pocket and pull out the slip of paper with her number. "Yeah. She lives somewhere in LA. I can call her up if you want." I suggest.
"Hell to the mother fucking yes."
