"Wake up! Wake up!" A riled up Hermionie continuously hit me with a pillow.

"Alright! Alright! I'm up! Can you sto-" a pillow hit you square in the face leaving a deadpan look.

"Did you already shower?" You yawned lazily.

"Yes! It's already 4:30!" That jumpstarted you.

"Melin's beard!" You fell out of your bed in a slippery run, slightly falling because of your socks.

After a record time shower, you popped out clean and awake.

Then cast a couple of spells-- first, drying your hair. Then flattening Hermionie's hair to start from scratch. After that, you sent an anti frizz on both of your hair.

This is where you do an a nonverbal spell able to perfectly curl Hermionie's hair tendril by tendril in a turn of a wrist.

Without magic, you carefully pinned up her hair.

"Perfect! Now for the makeup, which you don't even need."

Clipping back the loose hairs around her face, you started your art.

"Oh my... Wow..." A speechless Hermionie was able to stutter out.

"Oh no what about you, you never finish yourself. Im so sorry." She apologized.

"Don't worry about it! I've got it covered." You closed your eyes and your straight vibrant blonde hair turned into a thick curly luscious brown.

In a rush, you just dusted on some makeup, slipped on a dress and some converse.

"Okay done let's go!" You pulled an awestruck Hermionie out the room.

Fred's POV

I waited with George for his date with mine on my side. Angelina looked nice but I really wanted to be with Y/N.

I know, I know. I could have asked her but I was just so jealous, I was hoping I could make her feel the same on the rare chance she could actually like me.

"Merlin..." George sucked in a gasp along with everyone else.

Hermionie and Y/N gracefully walked down the stairs.

You could hear the shocked whispers of everyone.

"Is that Y/N and Hermionie?"

"They look beautiful."

"But she's a total stiff and Y/N could care less about a ball." People said stunned seeing Y/N in a long black dress contrasting with her creamy glowing skin.

Her dress dragged across the floor, hiking it up enough to see her traditionally non-traditional sneakers, making me slightly chuckle.

Usually I'd be a bit worried about my joking manner slipping, but she just looks so perfect.

I made a huge mistake. I should've just bloody asked her, now I could have just lost her.

Her smile radiated past me.

That stupid Hufflepuff.

Cedric. Always thinks he's the best, winning that ONE quidditch match! And because he's a Tri-Wizard champion. With internal glory.

"You look... Beautiful." A voice behind me said.

Her smile directed towards the bloody champion as he kissed her hand. Linking their arms she flashed us an excited smile.

Leaving me with a date that doesn't even look close to her. No offense to Angelina.

"Fred. Come on!" My annoyed and jealous date pulled.
