It was funny how a person can change. Simply hurt them, make them feel pain, and they become a completely different person. They are either a weaker shell of a human, or they become a demon.

Tsuna stared at nothing as he wondered which one he was becoming.

At times, he felt that he was becoming a demon. When he was in the embrace of that illusionist, he wanted to tear that man apart. To see him suffer because he felt like that man was making him suffer too.

That man was playing with him. And he did not like it.

In fact, that man was currently slumbering next to him.

It would be so easy to just reach over and end it all.

So easy....

His gaze lost focus as he imagined it.

Would there be blood?

Or would this illusionary world shatter the second that man's pulse stopped?

If that happened, then Tsuna would be back in that world.

The real world.

He would be back with the one who smells sweet, sounds sweet, and acts sweet even as he tore Tsuna apart and basked in his blood.

What was that sweet demons name again? It started with a B....

Matter of fact, what was the illusionist' s name again? Something with a M....

He couldn't even remember....

Strangely, he found that amusing for some reason.

"Oya? What's so funny, little mouse?"

The voice cut through his thoughts easily, making him focus on the man next to him.

He was awake again. And again he wore that smirk.

Tsuna wanted to tell him what made him smile, but he couldn't.

So instead he smiled wider, wishing to tell the other man his thoughts.

But he couldn't. Because the illusionist didn't fix his voice in this illusionary world.

Oh well. It didn't matter.

Besides, his thoughts were the only thing he could keep to himself, so they were doubly precious since they couldn't be forcibly taken by anyone else.

His thoughts belonged to him and him only.

His thoughts were his treasure.

The only treasure he could have.

When he thought of It like that, he never wanted to let his thoughts be known.

His own little treasure for him to keep safe from harm.

It was likely the only thing he could keep safe at all.

He gave a silent laugh at that.

The other man raised an eyebrow at that, his own lips twitching in response. "I wonder what you're laughing at. Would you tell me, little mouse?"

No. Even if he had a choice, he would never tell that man.

Tsuna felt hilarity bubble up at the other man's confusion. He doubled over with his silent laughter even as the other man stared on, confused, and was that a hint of worry in his eyes?
