Its been 9 days...
9 days since he last heard her voice. That voice which had power to suppress all pain , well the same which cause all the pain now, but he was restless. With lots of courage he decided to call her.
He took out his cellphone, dialed the combination closest to his heart and held on his breath.
First call went unanswered. He lost the hope of calling back just then his phone rang.
Her name and her picture both flashing on his screen after 9 days. That feeling was unmatchable yet all those butterflies in his stomach didn't move his stone heart much.
"Hello" she said..
He started breathing heavily.
"Hello"
He kept silent and disconnected the call. And called back and again repeated his action.
"Hello" she said again.
His breath was gaining its intensity. He disconnected the call again. He stayed unspoken just to hear her voice.
Well love for him had a new language. The language of silence.
