Louis stood in shock in front of all the people closest to him. "What- what is this?!" He immediately turned to Harry, looking him straight in the eyes. "Did you do all this?!" Louis asked him sincerely.

Harry smiled widely, nodding. "Yeah. We had all this planned! We all agreed you deserve something special." Harry confessed, pushing him towards his family. "Go see your family, Lou. It's been so long." Harry encouraged, scooting Louis along.

"I..." Louis turned to Harry and gave him a short, but meaningful kiss on his lips. He gently put his forehead to Harry and whispered, "thank you." before walking over to say hi to the guests. Harry pecked his lips and smiled, gently smacking his bum out of sight of the others. Harry walked over to his mum and sister, greeting them both. He was mingling with them, but couldn't stop looking at Louis and the way he interacted with his family and friends. He smiled softly, fonding as Louis played with Doris and Ernie.

While Louis was playing with the kids, he noticed Harry watching him. He looked over, catching Harry's eye. Harry shyly looked away, making Louis smile.

"Alright guys, stay here. I'm gonna go talk to Hazza," he said, motioning for them to stay put. He got up and walked over to Harry. Harry blushed slightly as Louis came walking over.

"Look so cute, Lou," he whispered, pressing a kiss to his cheek. "So do you, love. Everyone looks like they're having a good time," he told Harry, a smile stuck on his face. Harry pulled him into his arms, giving him a tight hug. Then Louis' mom emerged from the kitchen carrying a birthday cake for Louis. Everyone started to sing.

"Oh god," Louis blushed as someone in the corner dimmed the lights so that the only light showing was from the candles on the birthday cake. Louis felt uncomfortable as everyone sang for him, so he looked over at Harry. Harry kept his eyes on Louis, singing with a smile on his face. "Happy birthday dear Louis," he sang, gesturing to the cake.

Louis smiled and looked back towards the cake that his mom had placed on the dining room table that everyone was crowded around. As the song ended, everyone clapped and Louis looked around at everyone, his face shining with joy.

"Make a wish!!!!" Daisy yelled, pulling on Louis' shirt. Harry smiled at Louis, nodding to the cake. "Alright alright, love." Louis smiled down at Daisy. He leaned in towards the cake and thought about his wish for a couple seconds. After his decision was made, he blew out the candles and smiled as everyone started clapping again.

Harry's smile grew wider and he picked up Phoebe who was climbing onto his leg. "Your brother is getting so big!" Harry smiled, glancing at Louis. Louis watched Harry and Phoebe with a smile, then turned his attention back to the cake. "Let's cut this thing!" he excitedly let out, reaching for the knife beside the cake. All of the kids in the room cheered. Harry still kept Phoebe on his hip and helped Louis pass out the slices of cake to everyone.

While everyone took their spots around the living room, mingling and eating their cake, Louis made sure to find Harry at the sofa, eating his cake with Phoebe on his lap. Harry looked up from Phoebe who was getting frosting all over herself. "Hi babe." he greeted, making a puckered face at Louis.

"Hello love" Louis said, making a kissy face at Harry. Louis knelt down to be eye level with Phoebe. "How's the cake sweetheart?" he said, looking at her.

"So good, Lou! Mum makes the best sweets ever!" she said excitedly, taking another bite of the cake. "Haz snuck me two pieces," she giggled, whispering to her brother.

Louis chuckled. "Good, good." he smiled. Louis looked over at Harry. "Can I talk to you for a minute?" he asked Harry. Harry furrowed his eyebrows. "Yeah, 'course." he said, pulling Phoebe off his lap, tickling her tummy before walking off with Louis. "What's up?" Harry asked.
