LEVY'S POV
I heard Lucy slam the door of the guild and shout my name, so I hurried to her, squeezing through the crowd.
"Levy! I found a book." Lucy huffed and puffed as she stopped to regain air, "The book is written in some weird language that I think you might be able to decipher. Please..."
She handed me the book, I examined it carefully before flipping over the hard wood cover to the first page. There wasn't any sign of who wrote it. So I decided that I would read it first.
"Lu-chan! Th-this is written in the language of the Light! the first magical language ever to be found! This must be millions of years old!", I cried out, shaking my friend's shoulder. Lucy turned to look at me, also shocked.
"So can you translate it?", Lucy asked, excited.
"Wait! I'll have to translate it to Atokoligien first...then the ancient language of Detelian...then...
"Yes I got it! A long time ago. There lived a dragon. He was kind and honest, he loved to help people and his friends. He had another dragon friend who is the same as him. But one day, due to an evil magician's spell. One of the dragons turned evil. He discovered that he has the power to rule over the world. So he decided that no matter what cause, he would get what he desired. As he began to destroy the world to replace it with darkness, his friend tried to stop him. But he didn't have time, so he only protected one city. The city that's said to have the power to defeat the dark dragon-Port Haluga. In Port Haluga, there lived two girls. One is a Celestial Spirit Mage, and the other possess much knowledge. These two combined forces and sealedthe dark dragon once and for all, allowing it to be seen only when the era is ending. It was said, that after a million years, a descendant of the evil magician will try and summon Acnologia again. The descendants of the two girls must recombine their forces to reseal the dragon. But this time, the dragon will be ten times as powerful as a million years ago if the summoner sacrifices the descendant of the Celestial Spirit Mage.", I took a deep breath and said. Lucy and the others who were listening gasped.
"So the lady was lying...", I heard Lucy clench her fists and mutter.
"What lady?", Natsu asked. Lucy calmed down a bit before answering.
"I met an old lady at Port Haluga, she told me some information about Igneel! But it wasn't correct and everyone else is scared of me and the bookstores and libraries were closed!", Lucy blurted out, all of us looked at her strangely.
"Whoa. Calm down Lu-chan. Tell us in an order!", I put my hand on Lucy's shoulder.
"When I arrived at Port Haluga, I asked everyone about Igneel, but they were all scared of the dragon. Just when I was feeling desperate, an old lady asked me if she could help me. It was strange because only the lady wasn't scared of Igneel or me, but the information she told me had too much holes in it. So then I went to all the bookstores and libraries for information about Igneel. But they were all closed!", Lucy explained, and all of us listened intently.
"So what did that lady tell you?", Erza demanded in her usual demanding attitude.
"She said that Igneel was a kind and generous dragon, he liked to help people, but he adored Port Haluga especially so that's why the people there honored Igneel."
"Wait! If the people honored Igneel, why would they be scared of him? And why did he adore Port Haluga? I don't know about dragons, but I don't adore places randomly.", Gray said, with Juvia clutching on to him.
"That's exactly what I was thinking.", Lucy told him. Everyone was silent for a while. Then Erza spoke.
"I suspect that the old lady must have something to do with it, and I think someone might've casted a spell on the city to make everyone ignore you, so she could give you false information. "
"That might be possible."
"Anyways, we will start with that lady. Lucy Natsu, and Happy.You will leave for Post Haluga tomorrow to investigate on the lady. Lucy, you know her appearance right?", Erza commanded.
"Right!"
"Levy, you continue deciphering the book, note down all information that might be needed."
"Hai!"
"Gajeel, you help Levy."
"Why do I have to help that shrimp!", Gajeel complained, but stopped when Erza shot him a dark look.
"Gray and Juvia. You guys go find books about Igneel, Guilds, Acnologia, whatever books that gives you a feeling that might help us!", Juvia had hearts popping out of her eyes when she heard Erza assign them the job.
"Prepare carefully for tonight. Because tomorrow we're gonna begin the hunt!", Natsu cheered before following a tired Lucy to her house, at least that's where I think they were going. Heehee.
