Chapter 7

It had been a few weeks since the issue with our now called "stalker". Me and Lacey had to go into the police station an give our statements. We got a restricting order from Ryan, the name of the guy. He was sent off to some jail away from here. Lacey came back from the hospital in good condition. Fortunately she was not raped by him, no need to worry about pregnancies there. And we're still living with the Brooks boys, but looking for a nearby hotel to stay at or apartment to rent for the rest of our stay in Melbourne. I've gotten closer with Luke, were not officially dating but were like a couple but not....Beau and Lacey are a couple actually though. There personalities just mixed with each other perfectly.

Today we were going to film the boys doing the pepper spray challenge.

When we got to the location we set up everything. Making sure to have water supply ready. "Fuck", Daniel said, "I don't want to do this", as I set up the camera. "You'll be fine bby", I joked with him. "Hey Gracen why don't you do the challenge", Beau asked. "Um no thanks", I said, "I'll do other things but this one just no". "Fine", he said throwing his arms up. "I'll do it Beau!", Lacey squealed running up to him. "I don't really want you to", he said looking her in the eyes. "At least he cares about her", Jai said from beside me. "Ya", I laughed. In the end Lacey just decided to watch because Beau really didn't want her to do it, but wanted me to? Thanks Beau. The boys started the recording doing there intro and then forced Daniel to go first. Watching his reaction I couldn't help but laugh but I felt so bad still, it looked really painful.

After he had calmed down a bit it was Luke and James to go. They sprayed the pepper spray into their eyes. Shit. I didn't like to see Luke like this, I didn't like seeing any of them like this for that matter. Luke walked away from the camera was set up covering his face with his shirt. I went over and put my hand on his back and rubbed it to try and make him feel better. "Thanks Babe", he croaked out. "Fucking PDA", Beau said from a far. "Beau seriously, it's not like we're fucking making out", I shouted back turning to face him.

Bad choice. He was going to spray me and Luke for our PDA from behind but I turned around as he was going to do it. "Fuck!", I yelled falling to the ground, "You fucking idiot!". I couldn't see anything. I didn't want to open my eyes. It hurt so bad. It was seriously one of the worst pains I'd ever been in. "Beau what the fuck?", I heard Lacey say from behind me. "Holy shit", I heard another say. "Gracen!", another. So many voices. "Babe what the fuck happened?", I distinctly heard Luke say. Obviously the effects of the pepper spray were still pretty severe so he didn't really know what was happening. "Luke", I said, "I got sprayed". "Gracen here", Jai said giving me water. I poured it over my face and eyes I attempt to get the sting out. It helped a bit but I was still in pain.

After a while the pain was fading. I finally could see. I opened my eyes to see a guilty looking Beau standing behind the camera being harshly talked to by Lacey. Daniel, Jai, Luke and James were all around me. "I'm so sorry", Luke said hugging me tightly, "my brothers a fuckhead and he'll get it for what e did". I laughed, "it hurt like a bitch but screw it now I can say I've been pepper sprayed". "You can", Luke laughed with me, "but seriously Beau will get it". "Thanks Luke", I said. I walked towards where Beau and Lacey were. "Holy fuck", Beau said, "I totally didn't mean to spray you, just your backs....". "Save it Beau", I said shushing him.

After Beau and Jai had done there pepper spray challenge we packed up and headed back home. Beau was not in a good state after that for sure. he was really sick. He was taking it easy for tonight. Well all of them were probably going to.

Gina still wasn't home from her vacation even 2 weeks later. So me and Lacey kind of took over meals. Except most of the time we ate out, seeing as it was easier.

We were eating at their home tonight so me and Lacey were making dinner. The guys were probably playing Xbox or watching TV. "So....?", Lacey started, "how's it going with Luke?". "Fine", I said. "Well you two looked pretty close today", she said. I shrugged, "sure". "Awe I still can't get over how cute you two are!", she giggled. I rolled my eyes, "your boyfriend was being a dick today", I said, "my eyes still hurt like a bitch". "Yeah...", she said looking down, "he said he didn't mean to though!". "Whatever", I said shaking my head.

"Boys!", Lacey yelled, "dinners ready!". "Yum", Jai said coming in first. "Smells delicious", Luke said putting his arm around me. "I can't smell", Beau said. We all laughed except Lacey who went to comfort him. "PDA!", Luke joked. Beau stuck his middle finger up at him in return.

When we were all at the table we started chatting. "Why are we always cooking?", I asked, "you boys should do it one night". "But it's your job", Beau said. "For fuck sake Beau", Luke said in my defence, "at least there actually making food for us". "Fine sorry", Beau said. Beau was in a hit mood this evening. He finished his food first and went straight to bed. Lacey went with him.

"Have you heard them do it yet?", Jai asked curiously. "Oh my god Jai", I said. "I don't think I have", Luke said. "God I really don't need to hear that", I said. "Well unfortunately you probably will", Jai said, "thin walls...". "I've heard it once before with Beau", Luke said. "Oh yeah with that girl Phoenix?", Jai asked. "Yah, it was a weird like a one night stand or something fucked like that", Luke said. He stopped quickly realizing what he had just said. Does he not remember we had a "one night stand". "I don't want to hear it", I said laughing, trying to avoid the topic of that.

I got up to clean the dishes which Luke helped me with and Jai went off to bed. "Sorry about what I said at the dinner table", he said, "I didn't mean it like that". "I know", I said. "I mean I would never have started this relationship with you if it weren't for that", he said smiling. I smiled back, "you're right I guess". He leaned in and gave me a tender kiss on the lips.

After we finished the dishes we went to bed. I was sleeping on the floor in the twins bed room. I really didn't mind. They offered me their beds but I was fine with a foamie and some blankets.

I was starting to feel pretty shitty later in the night. I had a terrible stomach ache. Shit, I was going to puke. I quickly ran to the bathroom and threw up. I knelt there for about an hour throwing up every 10 minutes or so. I think I had literally thrown up everything in me. I went back to bed quietly not waking anyone up, or least that's what I thought.
