World Changed (Ciel X Reader)

Chapter 3

"Wow." Was all I could say.

We had arrived at the Phantomhive manor and it looked very well kept. The Trancy manor did as well but a little bit of the brick was chipping and there were spider webs everywhere. The Phantomhive manor also looked a bit bigger than the Trancy manor.

"Intrigued?" Ciel said acknowledging my amazement with a smirk.

"Yes very." I reply in astonishment.

"Well let's not mess around here, Sebastian, open the door."

The butler who I'm almost certain was Sebastian took the key out of his black tail coat pocket and unlock the huge manor doors.

Ciel walked in and I followed shortly behind him while Sebastian held open the door for both of us.

"Thank you." I said politely.

Sebastian seemed shocked for a quick moment but got it back together and replied with a simple 'no problem'.

Once we got inside I stood by the door so I wouldn't be in the way.

"Sebastian get (f/n) cleaned up and bring her to my study afterwards." Ciel suddenly said before disappearing up the stairs.

"If you would come with me my lady." Sebastian said as he held his hand out to me.

I replied with an 'okay' as I took his hand.

We walked up the stairs and through the maze of hallways until we finally reached the bathroom.

"Wow." I mumbled.

"Like it?" Sebastian chuckled.

"Yes."

"Good. Now to get you cleaned up. However, I do not have the authority to see or touch you delicate skin, so please excuse the intrusion." Sebastian said while tying a black blindfold and pulled off my torn up, blood covered (f/c) dress leaving me in my bra and underwear with a face the color of a tomato.

"You do the rest." He said while folding my dress.

I took off my bra and underwear and he threw me a towel and I instantly covered myself up.

He put the warm water in the tub and held out his hand.

"Here step in, but take your time, let your cuts get used to the water." He told me with a comforting voice.

I took his hand and slowly put my foot in the water. Once my cuts got used to it I started to sit down. As I got deeper in the tub my body stung worse and worse. I must've winced in pain because Sebastian spoke up.

"Take your time. Are you okay?"

"Yes I'm fine." I replied reassuringly.

Once I was fully in the water Sebastian grabbed a washcloth and started washing my back. I flinched the first few times but gradually got used to it after a while.

Once he was done I stepped out and he gave me a towel. He also handed me a brand new (f/c) dress and black leggings along with black flats. I dried off and got dressed and we headed to Ciel's study.

Five minutes later we arrived and knocked until we heard a quiet 'come in'.

"What is it Sebastian?" He asked annoyed.

"I have brought Miss (f/n) sir."

"Oh! Okay thank you, you can bring her in and go make some tea or something."

"Yes my lord."

I walked inside and stood by the door frame after Sebastian closed the door. Ciel looked busy so I just stood there out of the way playing with my thumbs.

"You can come closer."

"Oh. Okay."

I took one tiny step forward.

"I'm not going to bite you (f/n)." Ciel said putting down his pen.

"I'm know."

"The. Come stand right in front of my desk." He said while pointing to the floor in front of his desk.

I walked over to his desk and stood there with my head down, since I had a few cuts on my face that I didn't want him to see.

"Now I'm you don't mind I would like to know why we found you running through the alleyways all bloody."

My eyes widened at the statement because I didn't think he cared. Remembering that little Trancy brat brought tears to my eyes.

"All of that was caused by my previous master."

"And who exactly was your previous master?"

"Alois Trancy."

"Trancy huh?"

"Yes sir."

"Well then, Sebastian!"

Sebastian must've heard from all the way downstairs because he made it here in a matter of seconds.

"Take her to the guest room." Ciel said looking at his unfinished paperwork.

"Wha..." Was all I could say because the next thing I knew was that I was being carried bridal style to the guest room.

"So why exactly am i being brought to the guest room?"

"Probably because you need to heal before you go out again. But for now you will be staying here at the Phantomhive estate."

"Oh. Okay." I said quietly, knowing that there was absolutely no use of fighting him since it didn't work last time.

"Well here we are." Sebastian said breaking the silence between us.

"Thanks." You said as he sat you on the bed.

"Dinner should be ready soon. In the meantime, feel free to make yourself at home."

You nod as he closes the door. You plop down onto your back and your eyes start to grow heavy.

'The Phantomhive estate is really nice' was your last thought before you silently fell asleep.

*Okay guys I cannot tell you how sorry I am that I took so long to update this I'm so so so sorry please forgive me. If you don't I completely understand. I'm really sorry. On a side not I have a Levi x Reader saved in my laptop. Not a whole story but a couple chapters and i was wondering if I should publish it. Again I'm sorry i took so long.*
