*Glass shatters* "Get the hell away from me!" A pregnant German woman screams at the nurses and doctors that surround her. Nurses make an attempt to calm her down and get her into a room in order for her to deliver her unborn twins. Doctors rush in to sedate her and succeed. After 4 painful hours pass, she delivers her twins. The woman holds them in her arms, looking down at them in shock and awe. "What will you name them?" a nurse walks in with a glass of water, setting the water beside the woman.

The woman looks to the nurse with a confident smile, "Luther and Viktor, beautiful names for my beautiful boys." The nurse smiles to the woman before she exits the room.

"Here we are my sweeties, home." The woman smiles down at her twins in the stroller, rolling them in before she shuts the door behind her. She makes her way to their bedroom, opening the bedroom door to reveal a room with two sides. One side has a wall painted in green with a poster of a black bunny rabbit and a white crib with green blankets. The other side has a wall painted in red with a poster of a black cat and a white crib with red sheets. She sets them down in their own cribs, kissing the top of each of their heads. She whispers in German "Good night my little princes," before she closes the door softly.

  -◈-

"Fran, they look so gorgeous..." The woman's sister said as she looked between Luther and Viktor. "One of them even looks like you!" The sister yelled in excitement, her hands over her cheeks.

Franziska replied, seeming curious, "Which one?" Franziska exhaled the fumes of her cigarette through her mouth, looking down at the twins.

"The one in the green onesie, Luther I'm guessing." Franziska smirked at her sister, shaking her head.

"How does he look like me?" Dabbing her cigarette into the ashtray before looking over to her sister questioningly.

"Well, his eyes....they're dark like yours." Franziska nodded at her sister before walking back over to the twins. Lowering her arms down into the stroller, slowly picking up Luther. She cradled him in her arms, placing his head against her chest. Softly kissing the top of his head before she lowered him back into the stroller.

-◈-

"Fran, don't look at me like that." Her sister said to her, frowning.

"Don't you dare mention him in front of me, ever!"

Her sister sighed before lowering her head, then looking back at Franziska."I'm sorry for what he did to you....but in a way he blessed you."

Franziska looked to her sister, clenching her jaw. "How is what he did a blessing, Klara?" Klara replied before she was soon interrupted, "He gave you Luther and V-...."

"He didn't 'give' them to me, I was forced to have that bastards children!"

Klara looked down before she could think of a reply to settle the situation. "I'm sorry I mentioned Eric....I should've thought before I did."

Franziska snapped at her, avoiding her apology, "That's your problem, you never fucking think."

Franziska roamed around her bedroom, looking around and consuming the nostalgia. She sighed to herself as she looked into her closet, spotting her long red velvet dress wrapped in plastic and neatly hanging. Franziska pulled it out, laying it on the bed. She looked to it before looking to her hand, red acid began to seep from her palm, dripping down her wrist. It bubbled and popped in her hand, the acid's color looking similar to her dress. "Thank god I have control now...." Franziska shook her head, lowering her hand to her side as the acid automatically stopped seeping. The red acid began to seep it's way back into her skin, causing a small tingly feeling for her. She looked down at her dress, running her fingers through the plastic wrapping. "I miss this dress so much." Her voice cracking at the end of her sentence before she slowly pulled at the zipper. As the zipper was pulled all the way down, a big hole in the middle of the dress was revealed. There was dried up acid along the outer sides of the hole. Cursing in German under her breath, shaking her head, "The asshole made me burn my own dress, just because I was upset. I love this dress, but damn I wished he never gave it to me."

-◈-

"Viktor, why'd you do that for!" Franziska rushed to Luther as he cried, kissing at his head. "Don't throw toys at your brother!" She picked up the toy, looking at it in confusion. The toy wasn't even that hard, in fact it was soft. She held a foam baseball in her hand, looking to Viktor. Viktor looked up at Franziska before he continued to play with all the other toys. Franziska thought to herself as she observed the toy, "Could he have powers as well?" Looking back at Viktor before she set the toy on the coffee table, where the twins couldn't reach. Franziska wandered into the kitchen, picking up her phone. Luther looked at his brother with a frown, a dark black cloud surrounded him before he automatically appeared in front of Viktor. Luther grabbed at his brother's cheeks, green acid seeping from them. Viktor screamed, but did not feel any pain....he's immune. Franziska ran back to the living room as the scream, seeing Luther try to get revenge on Viktor. "Luther, stop that right now!" She yelled in German before she picked both Luther and Viktor up off the floor. Franziska lowered them in separate play pins, frowning at both of them. "Time out for the both of you."

-◈-

"Franziska, you can't be serious!" Klara yelled through the phone.

"They have powers like me, Klara, I'm not fucking kidding!"

Klara sighed through the phone before she asked something out of concern, "Do they have....mind control?"

Franziska looked to her phone in disgust, placing a palm on her forehead. "Klara, they can't speak yet. I won't know until they speak, but now you got me concerned."

"What kind of powers do they have?" Klara asked, a small thud was heard through the phone as if she was setting something down.

Franziska exhaled through her mouth before replying, "Well, I found dried up acid on Viktor's cheeks....Luther probably has my power."

"I told you he was just like you, Fran." Giggling through the phone.

"Thanks for jinxing me, next thing you know Luther's gonna have Bubble Manipulation and he's gonna be blinding his brother through bubbles!"

"Calm down I was kidding, let's just hope he doesn't have another thing you have."

Franziska clenched her jaw at her sisters words, rolling her eyes. "You sure do like to mention things just to piss me off don't you?"

Klara sighed through the phone, silence took place for a few seconds before Klara said, "No, I'm just as concerned as you are."

(Note: This is my first book, I'm so sorry if it's not good or if it drags on a lot. Yes this book is going to contain super powers. I'll be adding a cast throughout the story just to help with your guys imagination and I will be adding definitions of the super powers listed in this story. Also, the indents mean that a new scene has started. Sorry if it confuses anyone.)

Luther's Powers (In this chapter): Acid Generation - The ability to generate and manipulate any types of acid, Darkness Manipulation - The ability to manipulate pure darkness (He accidentally formed a dark cloud and caused himself to teleport over to Viktor.)

Viktor's Powers (In this chapter): Improbable Weapon Proficiency - The ability to make anything into a weapon (He threw a foam baseball at Luther's head, making it hurt more than it should have) Anger Empowerment - The ability to become stronger, faster, and more durable through anger. (Luther had done something to upset Viktor, which caused him to throw the foam baseball harder than he should've, but this was mixed with another power.)

Power Mention: Bubble Manipulation - The ability to manipulate and create bubbles.
