"Nadia." My dad yelled. "I'm going to run some errands. I'll be back."
"Yes sir." I was still lounging on the leather couch in the living room. I heard footsteps coming near my direction and look up to see Dad. He grabbed his black zip up jacket off the coat hanger and keys from the glass bowl. He saw me staring at him and shook his head.
"You're so lazy." He said.
"My show is on Dad. I'm sorry." He looked at the t.v. screen and saw that Deadly Sins was on. I just found this show a couple of days ago and I'm already hooked. Usually takes me a long time to like something, but this has definitely got all of my attention.
"You actually like that show?" Sounding a bit confused.
"Mhm." I smiled.
"Weirdo." He said it in his girly expression which cracked me up. He couldn't even say it properly and his voice was making it ten times as worse, let alone he has a deep voice. "Bye sweetie." He walked to the couch and kissed me on my forehead.
"Bye daddy." I smiled. He went back to the door and left. I continued watching my show until it was done, which was about five minutes later. Stupid long commercials. I could've went with my dad, but oh well. Now, what else to do? I wonder if I received any notifications about my college resume? I cut the tv off and went upstairs into my room to play on my laptop but then something caught my attention. Dad's study room was cracked open.
Dad would always lock this room ever since I was born. He would lock it once he's inside or when he's out. I always wondered what was he hiding. But then again, my curiosity was getting the best of me. Maybe just this once, my subconscious told me. After all it might be something unimportant, right? I walked into his study room and saw a desk piled up with papers and a few books. There was a bookshelf that was filled with old books by the way their cover is torn and a few dust mites here and there. I turned the light on so I could see better and saw additional piles of paper. I didn't know he was this busy. Walking up to the desk, there was a brown book that seemed to be nice and neat with a red silk bookmark in it. It didn't even have a title to it, weird. What is this book about? Opening it, there stood a spitting image of a wolf. Not just a wolf. But a werewolf. Next to the image was describing the function of their transformation. My curiosity went to anger from what I was seeing.
"Why is he reading about them?" I snapped. How dare he read about them ever since...never mind. I began to push the memory out of my head before I would break down and cry. Getting myself together, I went through the pages and saw organs, to their abilities, to mating. I thought I saw everything within this book until it had a chapter about a black wolf. The title was underlined with a red pen and an infinite circle around the image of the wolf. What's so special about them?
"The black wolf," I read to myself. I didn't feel like reading all of it so I just scan through the ones that caught my attention. "It's the most dangerous wolf in history. They are known as 'the grim reaper' because the person who actually saw them would've taken their last breath with the beast. With their ability of being stronger, better than others; they are unstoppable.......okay." I felt like I was reading a children's book that tries so hard to be scary.
What else could he be reading about? I looked at the other book and it was like a little notebook. It was black and I opened it to see some formula or written equation on it. I'm not that good when it comes to science, but he loves it with a passion. I closed the notebook and went through the shelf. I pulled out a random book and opened it until I heard the door open from the living room, dad's home. I put the book back, cut the light off, then began speed walking my way out there into my room. I cut the light on closed the door.

Werewolf"Who the hell are you?!" I asked. "That's how you talk to your guest?" He said. "No. You're just an unwanted guest." He began smiling and put his head down to laugh. It was a sinister laugh, like he was making a mockery out of me. ******************...
