"Lilah?!"

"Ahh so you girls already met?" He said flicking his pointy finger betweens us.

"Uh no my ex-boyfriend is her co-worker.." I said looking down. "Your ex-boyfriend? You mean Nick ahh such a sweet guy" She smirked tilting one eyebrow up.

God I already hate her.

"Sad that you two broke up" she fake pouted. "Can we please get into business than talking about my private life" I'm getting rather impatient here. "Right! I just wanted to tell the news and discuss tomorrow at the meeting about the new plans I'm going to make" he said rubbing his hands together.

"Why new plans? we already did make plans so there is nothing to change" I said a bit confused crossing my arms over my chest. "Well because I'm going to manage you girls there have to be a slight bit of change"I huffed and stand up "Ok.. I should be going right now" I looked back to Mr.Westman.

"Ofcourse Darcy, see you tomorrow!" He said waving his hand at me. I look at Max and then I turned around seeing Lilah giving me a glare and shooed me away with her hands closing the door.

I need to warn Mariah about this..

I took the elevator downstairs and headed home.

I opened the door and saw Mariah pacing around the living room she suddenly stops and greeted me with a hug. "Finally you're here I need your help because I can't find my sketchbook with my favourite pencil" she said letting me go and start searhing again. "Uh Mariah has Max called you recently?" I asked taking of my jacket and sit on the couch. She shakes her head confused "No? Why?" She said. "Well..." I told her the whole story from Nick till Mr.Westman and Lilah. Her jaw fell open. "WHAT?!" She said. "Have you told Nick about it?" I shake my head "No but he mentioned about her that she was staying in London" "Do you think he knew about this? That her dad would be the partner of our company?" "Well I hope not I should call him about it".

**The next day (Darcy calling Nick)

N: "Darcy I want to say sorry about what happe-"
D: "Hi, just forget about that.
I need to ask you something"
N: "Ok...shoot"
D: "Did you know something about Lilah's father being the partner of our company?"
N: "You mean mr.Westman no..why would he be that? I thought that he stopped working as a business worker" he said confused. I knew that he was being honest with me. "And what does Lilah has to do with it?" He asked.
D: "Well...she will be joining us as a model for Vogue."
N: "What? I can't believe this.." he murmured quietly.
D: "Yeah me too but I've got to go I'm going to the gym" I sighed.
N: "Oh uhmm good luck and do you have any plans tonight?" He asked.
D: "uh no why?"
N: "well uhmm we are done shooting the film so we are having an afterparty, so I was wondering if you could be my date for tonight?" He said nervously.
D: "Sure what time will you be here? I asked.
N: "Around 8pm"
D: "ok..see you then "
N: "Great! See you then Darcy" he said.

*Silence*

D: "Ok I'm hanging up now bye.." I laughed.
N: "bye" he chuckled and ended the line as well.
