Jenna above btw! Anyway, here we go! And just to clear this up they are on winter break and that's why she is like doing things and not going to school!

I awoke the next day at 9:30 to my phone buzzing, I answer and the voice said. "Hello? Is this Becca?"
I could already tell it was Garrett, so I straightened my posture and cleared my throat replying, "Yes, I'm assuming this is Garrett?"
He chuckled and said, "yep! So about meeting up, are you coming to get coffee today?" I responded, "yes" and he sighed in relief, "Oh good, because I was wondering if you would like to hang out after? My shift ends at 11 and u could come at like 10-10:30 and get coffee and hang out til my shift is done, than we could go around town?" I immediately said that I would love to and I'd see him soon.
I told my dad where I was going and he said it was fine as long as I cleaned the living room when I got back, I nodded and sprinted upstairs to get ready.
I washed my face,hair, and body and stepped out of the steaming shower into a fluffy towel, I exited my bathroom and changed into a pair of light skinny jeans and a loose maroon shirt with a long silver necklace, completing my look with a pair of white high top converse and minimal makeup.
I headed out around 10:20 and got there at 10:32, I exited the car with ease and strolled in to see Garrett, he gave me my coffee and we talked until his shift was over.
After he put away his work stuff and cleaned up he grabbed my hand and said, "Do you want to go to the park?" I nodded my head with a smile and we made our way to his black pickup truck.
We drove to a small green park with beautiful scenery. Birds chirped and we sat on the bench and just talked.Afterward we got ice cream at "Scoops" I got cookie dough and he got mint chocolate chip. We ended the day he drove me back to the cafe to get my car and we said our goodbyes. Garrett said, "I had a lot of fun today with you and I hope we can hang out again sometime soon?" I nodded my head and hugged him saying how great today was and that I'd love to hang out again soon.
