---Dustin

She still thin ks he's coming and I hope he does. Surprisingly, our insane city is still organised but not to our benefit. More to Jared's favor or to exactly as he wants. Downtown is nothing but ruble, same for South West and Northeast Philly. North Philly survived it all. Guess bad doesn't kill evil.

All the buildings that aren't owned by Jared are housing facilities. The rest are wwhore houses, bars and convience stores. The main store, where you usually find him, is a school directly in the center. He somehow convinced the "townspeople" that he's protecting them. All it really is  is that the Zogs stay in the forests and probabbly only raid the city once a week.

Even so thats not why the Max Tribe hates him, but thats a story for Max to tell because I sorta don't know. The people who live in the outskirts with the Zogs still have to pay taxes to Jared and Max collects it all and brings it in. This makes Jared's day because he's in love with her. He makes her do odd jobs so she has to keep coming back. He has all the school books, clothes, and the little things that kids beg their parents to get the,. I tell the twins, Krank and Kassie, to stop begging, our cousin, Jet, to stop growing, and I tell her I don't need books but when it comes to us she's very willing if the other party is too. Max doesn't tell us all the odd jobs and always acts strange when she gets back.

On the outkirts people call themselves tribes instead of families bescause it was a pun we had a t first. Living in the fast growing wilderness most people depend on Max. She clearly was trained to fight the Zog's personally so she holds a lot of peple's trust.

Tribes still go hunting for animals and plants, but so do the Zogs. This is why if you happened to know that Max and I are out for whatever reason and you run into a Zog, just call out,"Zeggo!!" and Max always  hears and will be there in a heartbeat.

Even with all the Zogs, going into town to see Jared is the sometimes the scariest thing. He used to be a linebacker for the school football team. A Zog had a run in with him and left a nasty scar on his face. Pricatically split it in half. His broad shoulders and height helped create the ilusion that he's protecting, but we Tribes know different.

"Max, your posession is staring at me. " Jared says noticing my undying stare.

"Dustin, can you go wait in the car please?" Max seemed to mumble while figeting.

I didn't move. My stare filled with hatred. Something built up in me and exploded. I felt my body grow warm and my mouth opened to spew venom,

"Please! Dustin just take the car and go home! GO!" she pleaded at first but became stern.

I bit my lip to hold in a growl. A slow smile spread across Jared's mouth. I gritted my teeth and stomped before I turned and let the growl escape my throat with a low rumble. I stormed out and got into the Jeep that had somehow  become my best friend. The tears ran down my face like a river. Unexpected like a down pour.

I put the Jeep into gear and let it tear me away from the God forsaken town.
