Caroline
The day had officially ended and we spent the last few blocks sitting in the nurses office on our phones.

We walked out of the school and waited for our mom to pick us up.

"How was your day?" She asked as we got into the car. It was still pouring rain like it always will be in Seattle.

"Interesting..." I said and we all laughed.

"Cute boys?" Mom questioned.

"Kathy!!" Peyton shouted playfully hitting our mothers arm.

"No but for real there's this cute boy named Ashton in our Italian class." Peyton said laughing.

"Ohh I saw him!" Serena agreed.

"Serena you don't take Italian." Our mother said confused.

"Its a long story."

We got to our house and walked inside about to run upstairs and talk about the day, when mom stopped us.

"At 4:00 the neighbors invited us over for dinner. It's just the boy and his mum but his friends will be over too. I want you all ready by then, got it?"

"Got it Ma!" We yelled running up the stairs. We sat in our cozy room. It connected all four of our bedrooms right in the center of them all. It had a big TV with and Xbox and a huge sectional couch. The room was decorated with tapestries and fairy light. The ceiling was covered in gold stars hanging and the whole wall behind the couch was covered in polaroids from back home.

We talked about our day for a while and Melanie and Peyton played Call Of Duty Black Ops against each other. Soon enough it was 4:00. Yay, dinner with our bitch ass neighbors!!"

Peyton
I beat Mel in Call Of Duty ahah bitch.

We ran downstairs to find out mom ready to go with a container of desserts to bring over. Hell yes!

"Come on girls!" She said leading us out of the door and to our neighbors house which was probably only a few feet away. Don't forget, it was still fucking raining!!

Mom rang the door bell and soon enough a blond woman came rushing to the door.

"Come on inside you look freezing!" She said opening the door. She had an accent that sounded a bit British but wasn't. It was similar to the accent the boy with the red hair and his friend had.

"Hello Liz, so good to see you! These are my daughters Peyton, Serena, Melanie, and Caroline!" Mom said as Liz pulled us each into an excited hug.

"When your mum studied abroad in high school she was our exchange student in Australia. The last time I saw you four you were tiny little babies!" Liz said smiling. Her and mom looked so happy to be reunited.

"My boy and his friends our in the basement playing video games, go down and say hello." She said practically pushing us down the stairs.

We walked over to the couch and I spotted the bandana on the back of the boys head. Ashton!?!?

The boys turned around and stared at us for a second or two.

"The new girls are the neighbors huh?" The boy with blond hair and blue eyes said.

"Ugh, you." Serena said dramatically. Did I miss something.

"Hey Mel!" The boy with bright red hair said pulling her into a hug. I think his name is Michael.

"Hey, it's Peyton right?"

"Oh, yeah. And uhh Ashton." I said trying to play it cool like his name hasn't been running through my mind all day.

"What are you playing here?" I asked grabbing a controller.

"GTA5. I said no FIFA today." Ashton answered laughing.

"Hell yeah!" I yelled jumping into the couch.

We all sat down as they watched me shoot random ass people on the street and steal a fire engine.

"Oh we didn't really introduce ourselves." The boy on the end said. He was next to Caroline and had brown hair and tan skin. "I'm Calum. That's Luke, Michael, and Ashton." Calum said going down the line pointing to the boys as he said their name.

"I'm Caroline. That's Serena, Melanie, and Peyton." Caroline said after.

"Where are you guys originally from? You have accents. They're yellow." Melanie asked, whispering the last part but we could all hear her. All the boys stared at her except Michael who must know about the synesthesia.

"We're from Australia."

We played GTA for a little longer until we were called up for dinner.

"What are we eating?" I turned to Ashton who was behind me on the stairs.

"I don't really know." He giggled.

Serena
We walked up stairs and sat down at the table. Mac n Cheese, hell yea! The girls sat on one side of the table and the boys sat on the other. Mom and Liz sat in the living room with glasses of wine.

"So how was your first day?" Calum asked us.

"It wasn't bad. It was just weird. I fucked up in math, we got in a fight with some girl in langue class idk a bunch of shit happened." Peyton said as we all laughed about the fight, except Luke and Calum who weren't there when it happened.

"There's a party tomorrow night, if you wanna come." Michael said.

"YES!" I practically yelled. I LOVE parties.

"Serena is a BIG party animal." Melanie said laughing.

"Good. We can pick you guys up tomorrow night and give you a ride to the party." Luke said laughing.

"Awesome!"

After we hung out a little more it was time to leave.

"You guys have to come over tomorrow for the party preparation boot camp." Melanie said to them as our mom hugged the boys.

"Okay." Calum laughed and we all hugged Liz and said thank you.

Melanie
We walked home and got ready to go to sleep. We all piled into my king size bed just talking and eventually fell sound asleep.

Short chapter sorry!! The next chapters of the party will be a lot more fun and long.
