Chapter 2

Wait for the moment to play the song! You'll know when it will be coming.

"Jade." I get shaken lightly. I hear someone whispering in my ear to wake me up. I can't make out the sound. "Jade!" The person whispers again. I flutter my eyes open. "Who is that?" I rub my eyes and sit up.

"It's Liam. Your mom and my dad went to the store to get some things for the house. They'll be gone for another hour. They wanted me to watch you. I didn't want to wake you earlier because you looked so peaceful sleeping. But it's 11:00 right now." I look around the room and see it wasn't mine.

My eyes go wide when I see he doesn't have a shirt on. I look down at my body hoping I have my clothes on. I sigh in relief. "Are you okay?" He chuckles. I shake my head. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just thought that we had..." My voice trails off.

"Oh! Don't flatter yourself! We kissed, and that was it! My dad came in screaming when he seen that I was basically lying on top of you. If it wasn't for the talk me and my dad had earlier I would've been dead and we would've left this house."

"We kissed? What were you doing on top of me?" I scream. "Just doing exactly what you wanted me to do! Okay you didn't tell me to kiss you. But I felt like I should've in that moment! You can't kiss by the way!" I scoff. "As if. Maybe it's you who can't kiss." I don't have time for this.

I get up to use the bathroom and brush my teeth. Why is this house so fucking cold!  After I finish with that I brush my hair that's placed all over my head. I put it in a high but messy ponytail. I can't believe he said I can't kiss! He's actually the second person that I've kissed and I'm immediately regretting it.

I step out the bathroom and see him standing outside the door. His foot is placed against the wall and his arms are crossed. "I've kissed a lot of girls. You're like the hundredth." I roll my eyes. "How do you know I haven't kissed a hundred guys." I cross my arms.

He laughs. "Oh Jade! Your dolls don't count." He laughs even harder. "I can to kiss good! I was just sleepy that's all!" He takes a few steps forward. He looks down at me. God, I hate it when he does that. "Then how about a retake?" I shake my head. "Nice try. But I'm no slut like all those other girls." I give him my fake smile. He does the same.

"I'm flattered that you want to kiss me! But, I'm not going to be one of your sex dolls. That you have sex with one night, and leave them the next! Have you thought about getting into a real relationship? Maybe you should!" His face drops. He backs away from me. His face shows hurt.

He can't really be serious right now! "You don't think that I haven't tried! What's the point in trying? When all they want is sex. Sex, sex, and more SEX! It's not easy when that's all they want from you. You wouldn't fuckin understand!" He turns around and goes towards his room door. He takes one last look at me before slamming the door.

Oh shit. I left my phone on the dresser! I should go in. But he's mad and could scream at me. I don't like getting yelled. I just need my phone! Then I remember my messages.

I start pacing back and forth in the hallway. What if he reads them! He'd be even more crush. I talked about him with Lauren. She texted me saying how hot he was and I said that he was a pig! He'll be even more hurt.

"Umm..Liam! I..I'm sorry for what I said earlier. Can you give me my phone please." I knock on his door. He doesn't say anything. I hear him moving around. "L..Liam can you please give me my p..phone?" He doesn't say anything again.

Five minutes later of knocking and sitting in front of the door, he comes out. I quickly stand up. He's dressed in all black as if he was about to leave. "Are you leaving?" I ask him. "Maybe." He says and walks downstairs. I grab my phone then run after him.
