Caitlyn's POV
6 Months
Ever since my first baby died I have been so careful in what I have been doing. I have had a few blood leakages in the past few months but it has been nothing major.
I am now 6 months pregnant and I get to find out the gender of the baby. I am a bit nervous but Mitchel is helping me all the way.
Bella ended up having her baby just last week, it's a boy and they named him Ashton. Ashton Lee Jays.
I got dressed into some comfortable maternity clothes and met Mitchel downstairs.
He grabbed my hand and laced our fingers together and we headed to our appointment.
We walked into the doctors office and I laid down on the bed.
"Caitlyn how are you going?" The doctor asked me.
"Pretty good"
"Have you been taking your tablets?"
I nodded my head and Mitchel smiled at me.
The doctor asked me a few more questions and now it was time to find out the gender.
"Okay so are you ready to find out the gender?"
We both nodded our heads and the doctor started the procedure.
"Okay so it looks as if you are having a baby............... girl"
I opened my mouth in shock and broke down in tears. It's not like I didn't want a girl, it's just I don't think I would be the most perfect mum for her.
"Baby it's alright, we are having a baby girl" Mitchel whispered in my ear.
The doctor cleaned everything up and we payed for our appointment and left.
Mitchel and I drove home in silence. Well he was trying to talk to me but I didn't want to talk right now.
When we got home I unlocked the door and quickly went up to our room and locked it behind me.
Why! Why did it have to be a girl? I just know that bad things are going to happen.
Mitchel kept banging on the door and yelling at me to let him in but I just couldn't.
"Baby please just come out, everything's gonna be okay, you're gonna be okay, I'm gonna be okay, we're gonna be okay and the baby is gonna be okay"
"No it's not Mitchel. You don't know what's gonna happen"
"Neither do you so please just come out"
He does have a good point but I'm still not coming out.
"I have some cookie dough ice cream" he said, teasing me. Damn he knows my weakness.
"Mitchel please just leave me alone for a bit"
He sighed and I heard his footsteps going down the stairs. I walked into the ensuite and cut my wrist a few times with the razor while crying at the same time.
I stayed in the bathroom just crying for a bit longer until I think I was ready to come out.
I walked downstairs quietly and saw Mitchel sitting on the couch with his head in his hands.
"Mitch" I spoke quietly.
He looked over at me and smiled. He ran over and hugged me securely.
"I love you. Please don't do that again" he said in between kisses.
