Jack G's POV
I've got her. No one can take her away from me now.
I walk into the apartment and everyone looks at me.
C- Where'd you go?
JG- Out.
I say smoothly but quickly walk upstairs to my room. I lay on my bed and get out my phone.
To Y/n: hey😉
Y/n POV
By the time we get back to the hotel it was about 5:00. My phone started buzzing and I picked it up.
From Jack G: hey😉
Oh great. What am I going to do now? Be casual? No I can't do that after what happened.
I don't want to just say that I don't want to be with him cuz that wasn't even what happened. He never asked to date me or go out or anything. Maybe the girls will know what to do.
Y/n- Sarah! Lana! I need your help!
S- What happened?!
Y/n- Look.
I show them the text and their faces show they are thinking of a response.
S- Just say hi. You don't need to over think things.
I quickly text back.
To Jack G: Hi
Y/n- Is that good?
S- Perfect. Don't bring it up unless he does.
My phone buzzes again and I read the text.
Y/n- Well, he brought it up.
I show them my phone.
From Jack G: This afternoon was fun😘
S- You should tell him you can't do this.
L- Yeah that's not what you want in a relationship.
I type in a response and they nod to say I should send it.
To Jack G: But I shouldn't have done it. I can't be in a relationship with you right now.
S- It's the right thing to do.
Y/n- I know I just feel bad. I've never had to say no to someone before like this.
Jack texts back quick and I'm scared to read it.
From Jack G: Come on babe
To Jack G: I'm not your babe
Now I'm mad. He just wants to use me and I can tell. I thought there was more to him than that.
From Jack G: Fine, but I'm not done with you yet
I give up.
L- Just ignore him. He'll leave once he realizes you're not into him.
I sigh and fall back on the bed I was leaning against. I here a knock on the door and a soft deep voice call my name. I sit up and see Beck.
Y/n- Hey, Beck. What's up?
B- Hey.....uh you okay?
Y/n- Yeah just a little overwhelmed that's all.
B- Oh did you and that guy break up or something?
Y/n- Oh I'm not dating that guy.......or the other one.
Beck's POV
This is your chance Beck. She's not in a relationship after all. Come on. Get her before someone else does.
Deep breath. Now ask her out. Be cool. Don't blow this dude.
B- Well...uh...maybe do you want to...uh..clear your head outside with me? Seeing as its almost 6:30 would you want to grab some dinner too? The teachers said we can do what we want for food tonight but we have to be back by 9:30.
Y/n- Um..sure. I'd love to. Meet you down stairs in 15?
B- Sounds good.
Yes you did it! See that wasn't that hard.
I went back to my room to get ready.
Y/n POV
Once Beck leaves, Sarah and Lana help me get ready.
S- Oh my god I can't believe you're going on a date with the most popular guys in the school!
Y/n- Well, it's not really a date. He just wants to go for a walk or something then grab dinner.
L- Yeah. A date.
Y/n- Well, if I don't think of it as a date then maybe I won't get anxiety like I would for a date.
S- You'll be fine. Beck like you. You don't need to impress him.
L- But you will once we're done with you.
Ten minutes later I'm wearing a blue skater dress with my blue converse. I have a silver necklace with a sparkly starfish and I'm holding my silver glittery clutch. My hair is curled and my makeup is on fleek.
I say by to the girls and they wish me luck before walking downstairs to the lobby. I see Beck and walk towards him.
He's wearing his usual black jeans with a purple v neck sweater. He looks casual but adorable. I hope I look the same.
B- Wow! You look....amazing.
Y/n- Thanks. You look good, too.
Crap. Was that good? Im so nervous.
B- Come on let's go.
He opens to door for me and we start walking down the street.
