"Thank you for the wonderful dinner Craig" I said as we walked to my apartment
"Your welcome" He pecked your lips
I unlocked the door and walked in. I see a girl in a cockail dress with some very high heels sitting on my couch.
"Umm Who are you and Why you in my house" I said
She got up and walked to Craig "I want my son back"
"No Amber You loss that" He said
"But he's my flesh and blood" She said
"But where was you for the last 7 months" Craig started getting angry
"I had stuff to take care of" Amber patted her weave
I see Tiffany come from the back "I swear Stephanie She wouldn't leave and demanded me to give her Aayden"
Craig argued with Amber. I went to check on Aayden Katherine and Khalil. They was sound asleep. I went to the living room and Tiffany went home.
"I don't wanna hear it Amber You left me to take care of him when you was a druggie always partying I lose my job because of that I was homeless for a while but I took care of my son You need to leave before I call the cop" Craig said
"Not until I see my son" Amber said
"Umm no you need to leave" I said
"No one asked you bitch This doesn't concern you" She said
I got in her face "Listen to me You are not gonna call me a bitch Two You are not gonna see my son because I been taking care of him and he calls me mommy You better leave now before you are dragged out here"
She pushed me back "Damn have your hot breath in my face"
I was so ready to swing at her down but Craig grabbed me "Its not worth it"
"Mommy" I heard Khalil say
I looked in his direcion "What happened sweetie"
"Aayden keeps kicking me" He said
"You get him I got her" Craig said
I went and picked up Khalil and took him to his bed. Aayden was just looking at me. He wanted me to pick him up.
"Mommy" He put his arms out for me
I picked him up "Lets go see daddy"
I went to the living room
"Oh my gosh He got so big" Amber tries to take him
Aayden moved backed
"Aayden Its me Mommy" Amber said
"My mommy" He hugged my neck
"You stupid bitch He's not your son He's mines" Amber said
"I'm the one that was up late nights with him The one that fed him The one he sees happy with Craig not you so You need to leave" I said
"He's my son I'm the one who carried him for 9 months I'm his mom"
"Anyone can mother by giving birth to a baby A mom takes cares loves and support their kids You abandoned your son when he was 4 months and he was so sick You think because you just come back in the picture Everything will fall back in place No you are wrong You better leave now before it becomes worse for you"
She looked at Craig then at me She walked to the door and opened it "I'll get my son one way or another"
She slammed the door shut.I looked at Craig.
"I'll put him to bed" Craig took Aayden out my arms
"Okay" I said
I went to my room and I started taking my jewelry off. I felt arms around me. I turned my head and see a cheesing Craig
"Hey Stephanie" He said
"Yes"
"I love you"
"I love you too" I turned around and kissed him
"You are the best thing in my life right now and I don't wanna lose you" He hugged me tight
I smiled then he let me go
"I know you have a interview tomorrow so I'm gonna let you go to bed okay" He said
"Okay Good Night" I said
"Night my love" He shut off my light and closed my door
Damn He so sweet. I went off to bed.
*Next Morning*
I got up to the sound of my alarm. I got dressed in a white button down shirt with a penicl skirt and black heels. I put my hair in a bun. Then I got both Katherine and Khalil ready for school. I made breakfast then I saw Craig walk in the kitchen with Aayden in his arms.
"You look good Babe" He said
"Thanks I have to take these kids to school" I said as I got Aayden "And this little one to daycare"
"No I got him" He took Aayden back "Go before you all are late"
"See you at 5" I kissed him then got the kids in the car
I drove them to school then when to my job interview nervous. I'm trying to get this job as a Attorney for Family Law So I hope I make it.
*Basically after everything At night*
I'm doing Khalil hair in cornrows as I watched the news.
"Oww Mommy it hurts" He kept moving around
"Stop moving" I pulled his hair to stop him
"Oww" He whined
I finished the last one and let him go. He ran to his room. I sat back and watched TV. Then Craig sat next to me with Aayden in his lap. Aayden crawl over to me.
"So what we eating tonight" Craig said
"Fried Chicken sounds so good right now" I looked at him
"You making to chicken"
I was about to say something but the doorbell rang.
"I got it" I got up with Aayden in my arms and answered the door
It was a lady and two guys
"Hi Is there a Craig Crippen" The lady asked
Craig got up and walked to the door "I'm him"
"I'm Diana Wallers with Child protective services and we had a report that childern in this house is in dangerous and I need to take all kids away" She said
"What wait" I said
She took Aayden out my arms. Aayden started crying loud.
"No you can't take my son" Craig said
Then Katherine and Khalil came from the back being nosy.
The two men came in my house and took them two. They ran to me and hugged my legs.
"No you not taking my kids" I said
"By Law we have to" The lady said
"No you not taking my kids" I said again
The guys grabbed them. They was screaming for me and crying.
"Mommy Help us" Katherine cried out
I tried to go after them but the lady held me back. She took them to the car then just drove off. I was angry that tears streamed down my face. Craig was the same.
"How they take my kids" I said
"Amber" Craig said "Her crazy ass must of did this"
"I'm calling my child service to find out where are my kids" I grabbed the phone
"Why will she do this" Craig fell back on the couch
"I don't know but if she come around here I'm killing her" I said so serious
