Oceans.
I once was hurt by the ocean.
It pushed me left, right, up to the surface, and down to the rocky sand.
It treated me like I was nothing but some toy to play with.
I tried fighting.
I pushed the water with all my might.
But it was no use. The ocean had me at its grasp and it was not letting me go.
I was losing a fight that I was not cut out for.
Air. Air. Air!!!
I reached the surface.
My lungs sucked up all the air it could.
I made it.
I heard shouts. People calling out my name.
I know, it's stupid but I wasn't quite ready to leave yet.
The ocean took something from me.
Well, someone.
