chapter 8

Janae's  POV

it was 10:34 and my mom started to call my phone.

mom: hey goodmorning sweetheart

nae: goodmorning mommy where are you and dad

mom: your father and I went on an urgent business trip but we'll be back next week Saturday

nae: oh ok did you leave any money ?

mom: yes I did your brothers went to go get it yesterday night from auntie Joan's house. we dropped it off before we left.

nae: Ardd ma I'll call u later

mom: ok sweetie I love you bye

nae: love you too

I hung up the phone and started to wake up the girls cuz we were gonna have a girls day out at the spa that Chantelle's mom worked at. when they all got up I went upstairs to talk to the boys and get ready and they were both about to walk out the house.

johnathan: hey sis

nae: hey bro where y'all goin so early

johnathan: to IHOP for breakfast then we goin to footlocker and DTLR.

nae: oh I guess me and the girls will just stay here and make some breakfast cuz we going to the spa

Johnathan: well y'all have fun see u - ( he gets cut off by Janae's phone going off

nae: ardd bye

They leave out and i answer the phone and it's chresanto. he cheeses really hard when he sees me and I starts to laugh.

santo: hey beautiful

nae: hey handsome

santo: wyd

nae: I was bout to get ready but u called me

santo: get ready for what?

nae: me and the girls are going to the spa

santo: oh 🙁

nae: what's wrong baby

santo: I thought we were gonna spend time together

nae: we are baby but after. I'll be at your house by 2:30 or 3 the latest.

santo: ok 😁

nae: well imma go get ready baby ttyl

santo: ok bae ttyl

I go upstairs and shower and pick out my clothes. I decided to wear my gray Nike sweatpants with my white shirt and my Air Force 1s. I take some extra clothes on the side to change for later when I go out to dinner with chresanto and his parents. when I get downstairs all the girls are dressed and the breakfast is cooked and ready. we all eat and its 11:30 so we clean up and get in the cars. when we get there Chantelle's mom greets us at the door and the workers get started.

2 hours later ...

chresanto's POV

It's 1:00 and I'm bored as hell in this house. my mom tells me to go to the store and she gives me $300. I go upstairs slide on some joggers and a sweat shirt and my Nike slides and went to footlocker. when I got there I saw janae's car I hurried to go in. but I didn't see her. then her lil brother comes up to me and says hi and her older brother comes over to me and we have a long ass conversation until janae was calling me telling she was on her way to my house and I told her I made a lil run to the mall and that I was omw back home.when I got their she was in her car in the driveway on her phone and I knocked on the window. she looked at me and smiled and got out her car. we walked to the door and I opened the door with my key. my parents were sitting on the couch watching tv and looked in our direction when the door opened.

c's mom: is this that Janae you've been talking about ?

santo: yes mom this is Janae Janae this is my mom Mrs. August

nae: it's very nice to meet u ma'am

c's mom: call me Brenda ( idk her real name )

c's dad: hello beautiful I'm Christian it's very nice to meet you

nae: it's very nice to meet you too sir

santo: so I planned for us to go out for lunch so let's go

c's mom: ok let me just get my purse

Everybody goes outside and gets it the cars and the drive to Olive Garden.
