The Sacred Books: Book 1, Îñçëñdø Mâsîfíçæ
Chapter 2
"Princess! Princess! Grave news!"
I turned to see a courier running after me. "The king suddenly fell ill!"
"What?!!? Tell me what you just said!"
"Your father has fallen ill. The queen is awaiting your presence."
I grabbed my skirts and ran. Father!

The physician shook his head solemnly. "I'm sorry...the king has an illness unlike anything I've seen before. If only..."
"If only what?"
"If only we had a user of fire...he may have a chance."
"User of fire?" What is that?
"Jêzébē£, the fire user is the holder of Îñçëñdø Mâsîfíçæ...your future husband."
"What?!!?" What?!!? My husband could save my father? "You mean...I have to find him?"
My mother nodded solemnly. "Yes."
"Alright! Tell me the way to the Øræçlē!"
"Across the Sea of Loss you must go,
To find the one your future holds, though,
Danger untold lies in your way,
Some may force you with them stay.
One at least and five the most,
Pass; they shall your adventures boast!"
"Huh?"
"That is the poem to help you find the Øræçlē, according to the prophecy."
"According to the prophecy? Meow! What in the world?!!? Meow!"
"Oh um...well, once the poem is told to the heir, the true monarch has to say 'according to the prophecy' after every sentence, according to the prophecy. And the heir will make the sound of their preferred transforming animal after every sentence, according to the prophecy."
"Oh...meow. I think I get it...meow. But it is kinda annoying meow."
"Well, I mean, saying 'according to the prophecy' is longer than an animal sound, according to the prophecy."
"How long will this go on? Meow"
"Until your husband decides to come with you, according to the prophecy."
"Alright! Meow! I'll go this instant! Meow!"
My mother gave me a hug. "Darling, be safe, according to the prophecy. We await your return, according to the prophecy. Your servants will help you prepare, according to the prophecy."
"Mother, I will not fail. Meow."
I left the throne room hurriedly, missing the last of the conversations.
"My dear, are you sure it's okay to lie to her?"
"My dear husband, if we didn't give her a reason to go, you know she wouldn't, according to the prophecy."

I quickly packed to go. Six suitcases and Seven bags should be about okay, right?
I heard a gasp. "Miss! 'Tis a journey you are going on, not a vacation! 'Sides, who would carry those for you?"
"I suppose you are right. Meow. Help me pack then, Jùlíçîå. Meow."
"Princess? Is everything alright?"
"Yeah, why wouldn't it be? Meow?"
"Um...well, your highness is meowing."
"Oh that...meow... That's nothing. Meow. And Jùlíçîå? Meow? Please don't let anyone find out that you're a princess. Meow."
"Don't worry."

I got on my unicorn and then set off. A unicorn thrives in any dimension but are extinct on Êärthå due to hunters. The unicorns on Êärthå weren't very smart because normally unicorns can cloak themselves.
The unicorn jumped into the air and and started galloping, a cloud forming beneath her feet. We raced towards the portal and passed through its swirling colors. We reemerged above the Sea of Loss.
