Chapter 3

Keaton: do you like me
Kaylee: yessss alot
Keaton: do you like wes?
Kaylee: no Keats I only like you
Keaton: so will you go on a date with me?
Kaylee: oh my god yes! he that was on a date with you when?
Keaton:in about an hour
Kaylee: ok call me when you get here
Keaton: I will see you later
Kaylee:ok bye Keats
Keaton: byeeeee
I started getting ready, I curl my hair , picked out a new mini dress with my black pumps,I did my makeup then my phone rings.
Keaton: I'm here!
Kaylee: I'm coming!!
I walked outside and was surprised to see a black limo. "Oh my god Keats how did you get a limo?"I asked he blushed. "Me Wes and you are in a band... You look, wow!" I blushed thanks you look good too I said ok get into the limo we got to the restaurant it was gorgeous. I look at you and shock we sit. We ordered our food, and before it comes out Keaton gets on one knee pulls out a ring box opens it and its and Ring Pop. I look at him in shock. "Kaylee, will you be my girlfriend?" "Oh my god... Why do I even have to think about it.. Yes!" We both laughed as he puts the Ring Pop on my finger. "How did you get this idea... It's so romantic!" I say "I thought you might like it." He responded and turned bright red "I love it" I said "it made tonight perfect." We kiss for a little while, then went back to dinner. After we finished eating he took me home he kissed me goodbye and I went inside. My mom still isn't home but there was a note addressed to me on the table. The note read-
Hello remember me? You and your stupid mother locked me up now it's time for revenge. You can run but you can't hide. Your mom learned that the hard way, but don't be scared little one it'll only hurt for a minute.

Oh my God my crazy father got to my mom I have to get out of here. I called Keaton.
Keaton: Hello?
Kaylee: Keats can you please come get me?
Keaton: yeah, what happened. Are you ok?
Kaylee: I will tell you everything when you get here I promise. Just hurry.
Keaton: ok I'm on my way now. Bye
Kaylee: bye
I hung up the phone and started packing my bag. I grabbed the note and stuffed it in my bag lock the door and walked outside. I sat on the porch and waited for Keaton. Finally he got there and I was shaking. "Oh my god Kaylee are you ok you're shaking." He said as he walked onto the porch. "I need to tell you something." I said. "Anything what's wrong?" He asked. " we moved here because my dad was crazy. He beat me and my mom, and we put him in jail. He was supposed to get out soon. So we ran from Washington. We got here and we thought we'd be safe. But now he found us... And he has my mom." By the time I was just telling him everything I was shaking worse. "How do you find you guys?" he asked. " I don't know but I don't want to find out." I said quietly. I handed in the note. He read it with his face expressionless. He looked at me when he was done and drag me to the car. "Are you okay with staying with me, Wes, and drew?" I nodded "Ok Kaley you need to tell them what you just told me we need anyone we can get to protect you. I won't let him get you I promise." I smiled at his concern and stared out the window the whole way to his house. We walked in the house he stopped. "I'm going to get Wes and drew out of bed stay here." "I will" I replied. He walked up the stairs and 5 minutes later a sleepy Wes and drew walk down with Keaton. They looked at me in shock wondering why I was here. Drew was the first to talk. "Why are you here Kaylee, not that we don't enjoy your company, but why are you here so late at night?" "Kales you need to tell them." Keaton said. I told Wes and drew what I told Keaton and handed them the note. Suddenly I was engulfed in a group hug. I broke down and started to cry. Keeping ushered me upstairs and showed me where I was sleeping. "You take my bed and I will take the couch downstairs okay?" I didn't really want to sleep alone. So I said "Keaton will you stay in here with me I'm too scared to stay alone." "Are you sure?" "Yes you're the only one I really trust right now." "Okay well Wes wants you." I ran down the stairs and greeted Wesley smiling. "so are you and my little brother a thing now?" "Um well we went on a date tonight. He asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes. So yes me and Keaton are together." Just as I finished saying all this to Wesley Keaton ran down the stairs smiling. He looked at me and look at Wes. "Yeah bro she's all mine now" Keaton said. "I'm going to change to my pj's Keaton I will come get you when I'm done." I ran up stairs and change my clothes and ran back downstairs. okay let's go to bed I'm tired." "Wait Keaton you two are sleeping in your room together?" "Yes she dosent feel like being alone she's scared just leave it." we went upstairs and lay down about an hour later I couldn't sleep. I looked over at Keaton and he was some sleep either. "here maybe this will help" he said then he started singing-

He paused what's wrong Keaton I asked nothing nevermind he continue singing-
And I love you to the moonmake me yours take me with you ...
That was all I heard when I fell asleep.
