Chapter 4 Jalen

I didnt think it was possible to love someone after you've only known them for a few days but i guess i was wrong. But the next few days got weirder and weirder, jalen hadn't tried anything for awhile, in fact he wasn't even talking to me. I hate it when guys do that, if your somebody's girlfriend your suppose to be their life, all that they care about. (Besides health & family) it had been almost 3 days since i had last seen jalen, why wasn't he talking to me? I've had enough, i walked over to his house and knocked on the door but no answer, its like he hates me or something. I dont even know what i did. Jesus. Soon enough i get a text from him. "Im at my cousins sorry i havent been talking to you very much, i couldn't text cuz my charger died & my phone died, and i havent been at school." I know he's lying. "Look Jalen, i think we should break up." He just stares at his phone not knowing what to say. "Can we still be friends?" I text him. "Of course." But then i go to school the next day, jalen & i were trying to avoid each other as much as possible. But then some new guy walked up to me, he looked fairly cute, but i have my suspicions about him already. "Hey" he talks in a casual everyday voice. "Hi, im Kayley" i state hoping it wasn't awkward. "I know who you are. I'm Julian." He knows who i am?! Am i famous or something? Ok something is up.
