(The same day)

Nash's POV:

I wake up to my mother opening my bedroom door.

"Nash, dear, you have to help your father today." She said.

"Mom, I don't want to, last time he 'needed' my help, all I did was sit around and did nothing at all that day," I mumbled.

My father was Matthew Smith, as of right now the official owner of Smith Industries. It has been in my family since the begin from my great-grandfather and grandfather and forth.

"Honey, your father needs your help with some ideas for the company. Just do it for me, you guys haven't had a lot of father and son time since you graduated from college."

I thought she was being crazy because I graduated only a few weeks ago, but I know my mother just wanted the best for me.

"Fine, but mom, tell Patricia to stop calling me, she won't stop," I said, signing.

Patricia was one of the many women my parents tried setting me up with. Long story short, my parents weren't doing a good job.

All the women that I have dated since I was born either had very rich parents that wanted part in my parents company or were rich snobs.

"Fine, just get ready."

I changed into one of my suits and headed to my bathroom. I added gel to my hair making it a little more presentable and brushed my teeth.

I changed, put deodorant on and some cologne, and walked down the stairs.

My parents sat at the table eating some breakfast and reading the newspaper.

"Ready, son?" My father said, getting up to grab his jacket.

"I just need my jacket and I'm ready."

"Bye, love you honey," my father said to my mother and we walked out the door.

As we exited my father's office, he asked me about Patricia.

"Dad, I know you think it would be great for the business, but I don't want to be with just any girl, I want someone who loves me not the company or our money," I replied, wanting to end the conversation.

"Son, I know you want that, but you have to think about the future of the company.." He said.

I just walk away. I was furious with him.  Almost every time I was with him, he always did this.

"Nash, you get back here right now!" He yelled at me.

I ignored him.

I ended up at a stoplight when I noticed my mother calling me.

I ignored it.

As I put my phone away, I was pushed into a girl.

A beautiful hazel eyed brunette.

She quickly stood up and ran after the man that pushed me.

"GIVE ME MY PURSE BACK!" she yelled down the street.

I ran after her, trying to get her purse back. I quickly past her, because I had longer legs and I tackled the man.

I sighed.

I started helping the girl pick up by her belongings that fell out.

She grabbed my hand when I grabbed her wallet.

"Thank you, sir." She said, quietly.

"You're welcome, miss..." I said, trying to find her name.

"Azlynn, Azlynn is my name," she smiled.

Oh my god, that smile.

"Nash," I smiled back.
