A Major Setback

Tevin likes me. He wasn't looking at me. I grabbed his face and kissed him. It caught us BOTH in surprise. I truly never considered how I felt about Tevin. I always found him attractive and different. I pulled back.

Maria: now, get to know me better * smiles *

He smiled at me. I turned around until he grabbed my hand. He turned me around and had his arms around my waist. He kissed me. He is a good ass kisser. I wrapped my arms around his neck. The kiss got so passionate that we both started rocking back and forth. My phone vibrated in my pocket. I pulled back and checked it, Jasmine texted me. I just locked my phone back. I looked at Tevin.

Maria: let me get home.

Tevin: iight. But, you have to go on a date with me.

Maria: * smiles * fine by me.

Tevin: * smiles * iight.

I walked off, cheesing like an idiot.

The Next Day

I woke up at 6 to get ready for school. I did my usual hygiene check, brushing my teeth, washing my face, etc. I put on a white elbow length crop top with " Trill "in cheetah print colors, brown cargo shorts, and cheetah print Vans. I added a " Trill " black and white beanie. I grabbed my phone and book bag and walked downstairs. My dad was gone for work and my mom was asleep. I walked out the house and saw Jasmine walking up ahead. I caught up with her.

Maria: hey baby !!

Jasmine: hey gurahh !! Why ain't you text me back yesterday ?

Maria: uhh... I was doing something.

Jasmine: okay ? But, we need to go to the mall soon.

Maria: yea we do.

We arrived at the school. As we walked in, I separated from Jasmine to go to my locker. I saw Tevin standing there.

Maria: * laughs * well hello sir.

Tevin: * laughs * hello miss. So, for the date, movie night ?

Maria: sure. Wait, movie night ?

Tevin: yup. You come over and we watch movies this Saturday. No strings attached.

Maria: okay. No funny business.

Tevin: I got you.

Maria: okay. Bye !!

Tevin: * laughs * don't be rude.

I laughed as he walked off. Jacquees soon walled up. Damn, I forgot about him.

Jacquees: hey Ria.

Maria: Que ! Ain't talked to you in a minute !!

Jacquees: * laughs * for real. What you doing this Saturday night ?

Maria: having a movie night with uhh Jasmine !

Jacquees: sounds like fun * laughs *. I'll be talking to you.

Maria: okay * smiles *

He smiled and walked off. The first bell rang and I made my way to Algebra 2. I sat at the desk. I hated this class with a passion.

Mr. Sergio: you know class, we are actually going to be smashing two classes together for a trip west to the museum. Once the second class comes, pair up and be in a group of 4.

The second class walked in. Tevin, Jasmine, and Romello were all in that class. So was Samantha. She INSTANTLY tried to pair with Tevin. I got a bit jealous. WHY DID I GET JEALOUS ?! Jasmine and Romello walked over to me.
