Chapter 1

Kohana POV

~Start of Flashback~ 

I was abandoned by my parents on the streets. I got taken in by the Director of Hyakuya orphanage when she had found me on the streets. Everyday was filled with happiness and fun. 

Mika, Yuu and I was outside playing and was on our way back to the orphanage. That was when we saw all the adults started to faint suddenly. After seeing that scene, we dashed back to the orphanage. Just as what I had thought in fear, we saw the director laying on the floor. We tried to wake the director up but that was useless. Just then, the vampire came into the orphanage and said that they will protect us from the virus which caused the adults to die and in exchange for their protection, we would give our blood to them. 

That was the start of our nightmare.

~End of Flashback~

Mika:"Hana-chan, wake up. Its time to get our blood taken." After getting our blood taken we were given something to drink ti replenish our blood. As I was drinking, Yuu suddenly stood up and shouted, "I can't drink this disgusting drink." Just when Yuu shouted, a vampire walked by and stepped on one of the group of children's hand when they where drawing on the floor. When Yuu saw what had happened, he ran to the vampire and shouted, "Apologize!" The vampire looked at Yuu and lifted him to the balcony was about to drop him down. Before that could happen,  a noble vampire, who has a sliver and long hair, had came and the vampire that was holding Yuu over the balcony saw him and bowed after tossing Yuu to the floor and walked away. 

When Yuu was toss onto the ground I ran to him, "Yuu! Daijoubu?" (Yuu! are you okay?) He nodded. Mika turned and ran to the vampire and greeted him, "Ferid-sama" Ferid then said, "Konnichiwa Mika-kun. What were you doing?" Mika replied, "It was nothing, Just that One of my family had created trouble." After hearing that, he said, "You also had it tough. Anyways, are you coming to my mansion tonight?" Mika answered, "Yes" Ferid-sama then asked, "Then, is that boy and girl also coming?" Before Yuu can say something rude I said, "Yes, please. But he is shy so he wont come. I've heard you have many delicious food!"  Ferid-sama looked at me and smiled, "I see. What's your name?" I then replied, "Kohana, Hyakuya Kohana, nice to meet you, Ferid-sama".

Mika POV 

After Kohana and I had our blood sucked by Ferid-sama. We ate good food and stole a gun and a map of the vampire city from Ferid-sama mansion and went back to our living quarters. I saw Yuu-chan still awake and said, "I ate both of your serve of curry." When Hana-chan was about to scold him, he then said, "Just joking, the children enjoyed it very much." When Kohana and was eating we told Yuu that we are getting out of this place and wake everyone up. After that, when we could see the exit. 

Ferid-sama came and killed everyone expect me, Yuu and Kohana. I took the gun and ran towards Ferid and he stuck his hand in my chest and when I was trying to shoot him, he cut my hand and was tossed onto the floor. When Kohana saw that she did the same but she almost pulled the trigger but Ferid cut her hand and suck blood from her and caused her fall down as she lost her strength and Yuu took the gun and shoot him but he was not dead and caught Yuu's hand and did not let go until he heard some footsteps and saw the vampire queen, Mina Tepas.

Third Person POV

The Vampire queen, Mina Tepas, have long silver hair that is not tied up. She tasted Mika and Kohana blood, "Mika, Kohana and Yuu do you want to become vampire? Even if you dont want to if have no choice." She gave us drink her blood and brought some human and she said, "Drink these human's blood and you will become an immortal vampire." 

Mika and Yuu refused to drink human blood. Kohana drank the human blood while Kohana is drinking Mina Tepas said that she is half vampire and human when Kohana heard it she stop drinking and said, "It can't be because I lived as human. Although I kind of knew that I was not really human." Mina Tepas then said that Kohana's Father is the 4th Progenitor and her mother is human. After that Mina Tepas said if Mika and Yuu does not want to drink human blood she will give them her blood and Mika and Yuu drink her blood and Mina give Yuu 5 years supply of her blood since she want Yuu to act as a spy and gave Mika 3 year supply.

Yuu POV 

It has been 4 years since that incident. I was deep in my thoughts when I heard my comrades to tell me to run so I did that and got into Moon Demon Company training school.
