Chapter 10

I couldn't stop thinking of what Dylan said. It kept running throw my mind.
"Ask Thomas."
That's what he said. I finally got to Thomas's house. "Hello love. What were you doing out there?" I looked at Thomas,"Thomas here's something I need to ask you." Thomas sat down on the couch. "Yes?" I looked at him. I was scared of what he might think. Would he take it wrong or rude. "Now before I say it, I want you to know that I don't want you to take it wrong. Ok?" Thomas looked at me. He nodded his head.

"Why did Dylan and you make those faces at each other last night?" Thomas seemed startled from the question. "It was a long time ago. Dylan and I where in love with the same girl. But Dylan was all was better then me. He won her heart and I, I was left alone for so many years, because of him." Thomas eyes started to fill up with tears."And every time I fell in love, he was all was there to take her way. I'm scared he'll do the same to......" Thomas voice cracked. "To you."

I didn't know what to think. He liked me. He really liked me! Then all of the sudden I saw a tear run down his face. It fell on my leg. I couldn't believe that Thomas was crying. I felt so bad. My mouth open lightly. I put my hand on his face and wiped his tear stream away."There, there, it's ok. You don't have too worry about it. My heart is all ready taken.

He looked at me. "Who? Who is that lucky man to have a wonderful girl and heart to them selves?" I looked at him."Well he has the most beautiful eyes, the pretties pink lips, the kindest heart and the most wonderful accent in the whole world. It's you." Thomas looked at me and smiled. "Then do you.....you know... want to be my girlfriend?" Thomas blushed and looked down at his feet. I lifted his head and looked at him smiling. "Yes."I said softly. Thomas smiled and we leaned over and our lip touched.
