hey guys haha sorry for the inactivity..  made sure to write a chapter a little longer than usual to make up for it :) happy belated holidays & new years :-D i made a lot of minor changes in the last couple of chapters, so i suggest you go back and take a quick look over them. the previous title was SECRETS, but i thought that that didn't really fit with where this plot was going, so our new title is NO BAD DAYS.  the character grace, is grace, aka championsadgirl  on tumblr, or gtjel on instagram. just want to say, i have nothing whatsoever against grace, just thought she'd fit the part as a fifteen year old who is also friends with and has met christian. she's in the picture above^ :)

"EVERLEEEEEE!!!" Everlee turned around to see none other than Christian running towards her, dodging people walking down the halls of their school.  Before she could comprehend what was happening, he had already wrapped his arms around her.  "You're back!" he said with a huge grin on his face.  "It was like you fell off the face of the earth, or something."

Everlee laughed.  "You just saw me last night."

"Well yeah, I know that, but you haven't been to school in forever ." he replied, finally letting go and dropping his arms to his sides.  Everlee pretended not to notice how part of  her wanted Christian's arms back around her again.

Everlee rolled her eyes and smiled, instead replying with, "Come on, we gotta get to class.  Chem starts in like, ten minutes."  Christian smiled back, holding one of his arms out to link it with Everlee's.

They walked down the hall together, and into Ms. Martin's classroom.  Dropping her arm, Everlee walked to her seat, two rows away from Christian's.  As Ms. Martin went on about the lesson, Everlee saw something out of the corner of her eye.  Slowly and carefully, she pulled her phone out of her pocket and opened up her Messages.

evs: i can FEEL you staring at me

She glanced at Ms. Martin, before turning to Christian.  He looked up from his phone, grinning, and winked.  Everlee raised her eyebrows in response, and turned back to the front of the classroom, where Ms. Martin was still droning on about whatever.  She could still feel his eyes on her, but tried her best to ignore him.

After about two minutes, she finally gave up.  When she turned to look at him, he was pulling funny faces, wiggling his eyebrows and crossing his eyes. Everlee rolled her eyes, and Christian began typing out a text on his phone.

"Mr. Akridge, are you texting in my class?"  Christian's face went red.  "Please stay after school for detention."  Everlee took this as a time to stick her tongue out at him.  "Would you like to join him, Ms. Anderson?"  Everlee's throat went dry.  "You two, detention, after school."

Ms. Martin continued on with the lesson, while a frown sat upon Everlee's face.

Chemistry was finally over, and Everlee was just about to make her way out of the classroom and over to Christian, when a thin girl with tan skin and straight, long, brown hair walked up to her.  "Hi," she said.  She seemed perky.  "I'm Grace.  Grace Averman."  She thrust her hand forward to shake Everlee's.

Everlee hesitantly raised her hand and shook Grace's.  "I'm Everlee."

"Yeah," she said.  "So, what's up with you and Chris?" Grace asked.

Everlee was getting really annoyed by this girl.  "Um, Chris?"

"Chris.  As in Christian Akridge?"

"Oh, um, yeah, he doesn't like being called Chris..." Everlee nervously laughed.  Who is this girl?  she wondered.  The two were walking down the hallway together now.
