After breakfast Ross led me to the living room where everyone was gathered around playing halo. I looked at Ellington feeling like I've seen him before. I keep thinking and find nothing to support that I know him.

The boys were screaming profanities as me and Rydel talked. I know I told her that I'm not good at being friends, but she's pretty cool. As I talk to her more and more, I feel I have heard/ seen her before.

"Your such a cool person! I've never done all the things you have." She said. I shrugged my shoulders. " I've just been a lot of places" I said. She smiled and nodded. I told her about the whole my mom being a whore.

" Who is Oli?" Riker asked holding my phone up from the other side of the couch. I looked to see he texted me. " My stepbrother, what did he say?" I asked not ready to hear because it's probably about his father. " umm... he said 'yo my dad is raged. Where the hell are you.' Then he sent ' you better get home before he calls the cops.' After that he said ' get home now dad is pissed.'" Riker said reading me all the texted.

" tell him he's not my dad and he doesn't care about me. " I said not phased. The rest of them looked at me with a mix of sympathy and confusion while Riker typed. " oh he replied he said ' just get home. We don't want to repeat what happened yesterday' what happened yesterday?" Riker asked. I just shook my head not wanting to tell them. "Just tell him I'm on my way." I said getting up getting all my stuff ready.

" where are you going?" Ross asked. I smiled at his slightly sad expressions. " I got to get to my moms." I said walking over to Riker for my phone. " wait let me give you my number!" Rydel said running over. She quickly put her number in and texted herself.

Ross came back in the room with my keys. "Heres your keys." He said handing them over. " my car is here?" I asked while taking them. He nodded and put his hands in his back pockets. " I drove it back." He said.

I tried to hide my smile "um. Thanks. I'll text you later Rydel." I said heading out the door. She looked away from the tv and waved to me. "Bye!" She yelled. All the boys yelled profanities at her then looked back at the tv.

"I hope to see you again" Ross said outside at my car. I nodded in agreement. "Yea I had a lot of fun" I said with a smile covered over my face. "We'll see you I guess" he said leaning off my car. I started the engine and yelled as I backed out of there drive way "bye!" He waved until I was down the street and walked back into his house.

As I started driving out of their subdivision I'd seen huge houses. How could they afford all of this. As I reached the gate R5 came on the radio. I think the song was called Ain't no way we're going home. I listened to it too focused on driving home. Wondering what might happen when I get there.
