Running Away To A Fairy Tale. (Undertale Fanfic)

The beginning

I lay in bed thinking about the old tall tale about the underworld. I let out a light sigh as I hear a crash down stairs. "Shit. Not again." I brace myself as my mother ran upstairs. She puffed out her chest and started to yell "God damn it Cadence! I told you to put away the dishes right!" I turn my head to her and sigh "I did mother. I must have accidentally messed up and I'm sorry." She had a broken cup in her hand and thew it at me. It crushed agest my wall as a shard cut my face. She ran out slamming the door shut. I let out a wimper as my face started to bleed. I stood up and run into my bath room. I cleaned myself up before returning to my room to pick up the broken glass everywhere. I threw it away in my trash can that was in my room. "Good God that woman is crazy!" I looked at my phone to see my best friend had texted me, Sonny, I envied her home life. It was so much better then mine but I was glad she did not have to deal with a phyco mother. I picked up my phone and read the text "Yo! Cadence get ready and meet me by the flower patch!" I smiled and responded to her quickly "alright I'm on my way!" I put my phone into my pocked and quicky brushed my long brown hair. I ran down stairs and out the door as fast as I could. I did not want to see my hell mother right now.

After about 15 minutes of walking I see a girl with short wavy hair. "SONNY!" I giggled and waved my hand at her. She turned and her smiled faded to a frown once she saw my cut face. She ran over to my and grabbed my arm "Did your mother do this to you?" I gave a slight smile "She threw a cup at me..no big deal." She shook her head and brushed my cheek with her hand "I don't see why that woman would do horrible things to you! UGH IT MAKES ME SO MAD!" I laughed and patted her shoulder "Sonny calm down its ok really!" She huffed then a huge smile came across her face "Oh my god! Cadence no look!" She pointed down to a hole that was covered by yellow flowers. "IT'S THE HOLE TO THE UNDERTALE!" I took a step back my eyes wide "Your lieing! That can't be it!" She ran over and huged me "Oh it really is! And we're going!" I pushed her off of me. "What do you mean were going?" She smirks "Your home life sucks ass here..so I thought we could go on a adventure!" I smile wide "Hell yea! But what about your home? You have a great family! They will miss you Sonny. You can't just leave them." She shook her head "I don't care Cadence. As long as I can get you away from your mother it's fine to me!" I let out a happy sigh "What would I do without you?" A sly smile appeared across her face "Nothing! You would be so boring! Come on now we're leaving in the morning. Go now and pack your stuff I don't think we're going to come back here for a while!" And with that she turned and ran home. I smiled and turned running home myself. I can't belive that I was actually going to do this! Once home I ran upstairs and looked around. The only thing I was going to bring was the cloths on my back and my phone and phone charger. I don't care about anything else in my room really. I jumped on my bed and looked at my ceiling. I was finally actually going to leave this hell. I never thought we would find the undertale. It was a kid dream to find it and she did! Sonny found it. And now I was going to make a new life down there with my best friend. Well I hope I would. Hopefully monsters won't hurt us down there. This game we were playing..it's a risk and reward But I'm ready to take that risk.

I woke up the next morning at 5 to my phone going off like crazy. I jumped up to see 7 miss calls from Sonny. I snickered and got up. I texted her quicky "Just woke up. Getting ready now. I'll be out as soon as I'm ready!" I sent the text then ran over to my closet. I pulled out a black shirt with a cat on it and skinny jeans. I brushed my long hair then grabbed my phone and charger. I looked into my mirror and took a deep breath. Today is the day my whole world is about to change...I'm ready.
