I was having a stroll in the park when I saw Zoe on her own, so I went to comfort her. She looked down. She's normally bright and happy.
" Zoe what's up?" I asked
" everyone's got dates for prom but I'm stuck with no one. Again. Honestly it's fine I don't think I'll be going this year" she replied.
" why about you talk to your crush, he's only over there." I said
"He's probably already got a date"
"what if he hasn't..."
