Dear Diary: Woah Woah Woah, none of that diary stuff for me, I am a sixteen year old dude that will not write in a diary. Let's call it a journal, and get rid of that dear bit.
Journal Entry 1:
First day of the year, let's do this thing! My name's Kade by the way, not short for Kaden or anything, I'm just Kade. Although I think I'm pretty funny and so does everyone else of course..... Maybe. Anyway I'm sixteen, a Junior in high school, and I'm alright at sports! I have a few close friends including Candace, my girlfriend, Cole who is my best friend, and the dynamic duo, Jace and Chrissy. I know I have a lot of friends with c names, I can't help it. Also my girlfriend seems to really hate my Comical side and I have a pretty big ego with a crazy nerdy side!
I have some new years resolutions since there are a lot of things people would like to change about me, even I have a few things and I think I'm awesome!
New Years Resolutions:
- Get more friends
-Travel
-Help out with more events
-Be nicer
-Have an open mind and try more things
-Focus on grades a bit more and actually study
-Play less video games
-Eat healthier
-Go to the gym more
-Shut up
and my favorite
-Disregard all of the resolutions before this one!
That last one's already going well for me, I don't think i'll ever stop doing that one!
So last night, since I'm so hilarious, I used the "I'll see you next year" joke and I thought it was awesome like always! No one laughed. I mean I may use it ever year but that's no reason not to laugh. As soon as I woke up I texted Candy, that's what I nicknamed Candace, and wished her a happy new year. You know what she said, she said "will you stop telling those awful jokes now". I was shocked, how dare she! So obviously I said no and then she said "will you at least tell half as many", I like her and didn't want to lose my second girlfriend ever so I told her I might. The first girl only kinda counts though, we were 5 and she wanted to marry me, still get the shivers from that.
